For anyone wondering By rolling your elbow in a circular motion, you can generate torque and rotational force that can amplify the pressure exerted on the opponent's hand and wrist. This can make it more difficult for the opponent to resist or break free from your grip. The wave-like motion of the elbow can help stabilize your own posture and positioning during the handshake clench, allowing you to maintain balance and control while exerting pressure on the opponent's hand and wrist. The circular motion of the elbow can also serve as a subtle and fluid means of controlling the opponent's movements and reactions. By smoothly transitioning from one position to another, you can maintain the element of surprise and keep the opponent off-balance. The wave-like motion of the elbow provides flexibility and adaptability in responding to the opponent's actions and adjustments. You can adjust the angle and intensity of the motion based on the opponent's resistance or changes in the dynamics of the interaction. From here, you can easily grapple into an armbar or choke, or simply continue controlling the opponent's arm for other traditional opportunities. It's fast and hard to counter unless the opponent also understands body mechanics.
This is awesome! Cant wait to try this and look silly because I’m nowhere near as practiced or skilled as these guys... but I guess practice makes perfect!
was really interesting to watch and this is the type of content we need... loved this channel subscribed it and im going to try this soon and shock my friends
Can you please make a more explained video on the movements on the arm wrist and fingers because the English translation wasn’t the best and this is very inspiring
