The Most Epic Tiramisu Recipe!!!

- In today’s video I make the second most popular dessert in the world. Tiramisu, known for its elegance, simplicity and deliciousness.
The recipe for this video:
1) In a bowl separate 3-4 eggs from the yolk, add 60-80grams of sugar and whisk on top of boiling water. Once smooth and creamy (colour changes from yellow to cream) add 250grams of mascarpone cheese and whisk. This will be creamy and thick if watery add more mascarpone.
2) Beat the egg whites first till they get slightly fluffy and white, then add 60-80grams of sugar and keep whisking till it becomes a white fluff like clouds.
3) Fold both mascarpone & egg mix with the egg white mix.
4) In a separate bowl add 1-3tsp of coffee granules and water mix then dip sponge fingers and begin layering with cocoa powder, soak sponge biscuits in coffee and layer on dish, top with mascarpone/egg mix then repeat the process.
5) Leave in the fridge for 4-6 hours.

@@bz5674 It’s not authentic, but I was born and raised in Italy and many people prepare it. If you look up “tiramisù alle fragole” here on RUclips you can find many Italian video recipes with the strawberry version. There are other variants too, like with pistachios etc.

I love your sweater.
I use both double cream and eggs but just the yolks, I do the boiling water method also but I prefer it with the double cream instead of using the whites. Also for anyone like myself who is not a big fan of coffee, strawberry tiramisu is one of the best desserts created, so definitely give it a try!!

Just a tip!When tou fold in the soft egg whites in any recipe you want to gently fold it with a spatula
