You have 2 choices 1st You can take Noc of your Car in Which state ur Living right now then you can renew your car at same place 2nd option you have to go to your home City where vechile Registered than you can do your Rc renew process
Form 25 mvi verify jab kar dega, us form 25 ko scan karke upload karna hai ?
Yes once mvi verify your form 25 ,upload it on parivahan website .
Fees pay karne ke baad form 25 ko upload karna hai , ya pahle certify karwana hai form, ya fir appointment book karni hai.
Bahut acha bataya bhai. RTO khud to help ker nahi Rahi sidha e-mitra ke pass bhej deti hai. Jahan 10000 lagne hai wahan 25000 ka bill ban ja raha hai.

Tax card keise milega.... Mene apke video ko dekh ke Sara process kar liya even Green tax bhi ker diya 1500 ka... But uska alag se koi receipt ya form nahi mila. Kyunki aapne starting 7 lines batai hain but kewal tax card samajh nahi aaya. Kripya madad karein. I m from RJ.

@@SandeepKaundalSir Do it yourself ker liya bhai, RTO me Govt ke naak ke niche lakhon ka scam chal raha hai logo ko Dara ker, online application fill kerne ke baad aur payment karne ke baad bhi RTO ke broker 4000₹ ki demand rakhte hain. RTO bhi kaamchor hai apna kaam na karna pade isliye brokers ko paal rakha hai.
After paying all taxes and fees i.e Vehicle Registration Tax,Green Tax ,Road tax ,Inspection Fee and other fees, A receipt is generated from the Parivahan Portal.That Receipt is called TAX card.

भाई आप ने इतनी फास्ट मे सब बताया है कि कोई सामान्य आदमी ये नहीं कर सकता .... मेरी होंडा मोटरसाइकिल हैं उसका रि पासिंग करने के लिए मै आर टी ओ आफिस पर गया तो पता चला कि आठ हजार रुपए लगेंगे पुरानी गाड़ी बेचने जाउ तो दस से पंद्रह हजार रुपए मिलेंगे क्या करें .....
अगर गाड़ी 15 साल से पुरानी है तो चार्जेस ज्यादा लगेंगे एक बार ऑनलाइन परिवहन पोर्टल पर rc renewal apply करके सारे taxes renewal fee ki जानकारी आपको मिल जाएगी। बाकी प्रोसेस वही रोक दें अगर पैसे ज्यादा बन रहे है renewal के।वीडियो को स्टेप बाय स्टेप देखकर apply करें पोर्टल पर।

Vehicle can't be modified.if modified, MVI will decide whether to renew or not.

Kindly contact to your RLA office. Restoring your vehicle is good choice,you can keep your Vehicle for long time but renewal is not guaranteed.Vehicle with modification are not allowed to renew.if it is in original condition,it may be considered in Vintage category by your concern RLA.

Sir Form 25 is approved by mvi. Unhone photo to kheenchi but form par koi photo nahi lagai. To bina photo hi form upload krde?
Yes ,if your form 25 is verified by MVI after inspection of vehicle then, you can upload form 25 on parivahan portal.

Contact your nearest RTO office.as rc has been expired more than 16 years . Renewal at this moment may lead to high penalty,taxes and fees on your rc.
Per month 300 ₹ on two wheeler penalty so just calculate 12 month in year so 16x12=192 months so only penalty is 192x300 = 57600₹ only.
Dekh lo ab karana hai to Kara lo. State wise vary ker sakta hai mene RJ ka bataya.

Form number 25 k niche fitness certificate maang rha h, ab wo kyun maang rha h? Aapka sirf form 25 maang rha h.. or Agar fitness k liye apply kar rhe hn to wo Vehicle not eligible show kar rha h. what could be reason?
Fitness and rc validity is extended ,once vehicle is inspected by MVI.MVI test the fitness of vehicle during inspection.on the basis of fitness of vehicle,RC is renewed for next five years.
Sir mere papa ki caliber 115 bike 2018 me expire ho gyi thi but gadhi jyada chali nhi kya me use 2024 me renew kara sakta hu aur koi late fee toh nhi deni hogi na kyunki fee bohot ho jayegi
You have a huge penalty for late renewal in addition to renewal fee and other taxes .just confirm all charges from RLA office before proceeding to renewal.panelty is calculated on monthly basis.
If 15 years becomes in may 2025 when should the renewal process be started
You can apply for RC Renewal 60 days before the date of expiry of RC with supported documents.

RC expired hone se 60 din pehle apply kar sakte hai renewal ke liye. Original RC ,PUC , insurance,tax receipt and online generated CMV form 25, two photo aur traces of RC number from vehicle on CMV form 25.

As per the orders of transport department Delhi,no petrol vehicle above 15 year shall allowed to ply .so you have either scrap your vehicle or convert to electric by installing electric kit from empanelled firm to retain your Vehicle.

After uploading form 25 n fitness certificate.rla came with to pay road tax.as i did third party insurance and idv value in insurance was zero in form.does that affect this
Yes, taxes are calculated based on age of vehicle as well as idv value of vehicle.
You have to pay road tax if you have omitted taxes option while generating cmv form 25 online.
My RC is from RLA Palampur, but I want to get it inspected at Rohru. How to do that?
It is advisable to get your vehicle inspection at RLA where your vehicle is registered.if you want to inspect your vehicle at another location within state .you can do as well. Kindly confirm from RLA office for more clarity.

Once you upload the form 25 document, status will be changed. you can try uploading again if still showing pending documents

My DTO is in one district and i am in another district (but in same state). Is vehicle physical verification compulsory. Its not possible for me to take from one district 5o another as its more than 300km away
Vehicle inspection is mandatory.you can book appointment in other district too for Vehicle inspection. Rule may vary but may contact to your nearest RTO office for Vehicle inspection.
