Nice bike. I have a 1970 ct70 that I have owned for 54 years. It still runs. I ride it every week for a coffee run. Where I live you can register it as a vintage bike and use a tag the year of the bike, so I use the original 1970 Texas tag on it
Ride on mate. It is so relieving to see someone just enjoying the scenery and having fun for money most nowadays in BMW dealerships would consider change. Love this bike of yours - all motorcycling is about. Best regards from Poland. ❤
I love people like you who are happy with a small bike and have a great experiance. I have had quite a few big bikes but have got more out of riding smaller bikes overall. Honda CT70, Van Van 125, MSX 125 and a Skyteam Monkey 125 for my campervan, brilliant.
She is absolutely beautiful, very unique looking in my eyes. You must really enjoy it. I have a 2023 Trail 125 but would really like to put a CT 70 on the road too but limited on cycling budget!
Perfect touring bike,,I have the same bike here in cork city ireland,,99 model in red with 280 miles on the clock. Rickman fairing is on the list ,there available in England but getting them to Ireland is a bit of a headache transport wise.your bike setup is exactly what I have in mind including the rear shocks. Enjoyed your video. Michael...
What a fantastic bike , you’ve made it so good and lovely condition 😊 I bet it’s great going down the country lanes . I’ve just bought a Enfield 350 classic after not ridden for over 40 years , it for my retirement but I’m extremely slow at running it in. But I only want to ride slow and enjoy the lanes, I take my binoculars to look at views it’s lovely to smell the country side. Can I ask is your bike 4 or 2 stroke? Sounds good 👍 😊. Audio is great 👍. Gorgeous view , my kind place , thanks for sharing.
@ oh thanks for telling me the hunter is fab better handling with smaller wheels and of corse Enfield price is great , what colour did you go for? I’ve got the halcyon green in my classic . I chose Enfield in the end because if they cope with the Himalayas then they gotta be good. Getting up early tomorrow a bit late but doing my winter set up , sent for one of those thunder box and extra usb to power it should not be hard to fit says me gulp not too good with electrical stuff , I once set my vw Beatle car on fire putting in a cd player 🤓
@ I have the rebel black hunter, it suits me very well, I have short legs so I appreciate the low seat height, and tubeless tyres. No doubt I will feature the hunter in a video soon!
Had two in the past for to and fro to work, until some lowlife decided they needed to use it as a fire lighter! Would love another but have to sell my Moggy Thou and maybe afford a half decent one!
@@billelder1813 it’s a shame they command such a premium price for what is supposed to be a cheap shopping bike, but I suppose it reflects the trend in buying and running small bikes?!
I learnt to ride on one of these but in 50 C.C. mode my sisters bike little did she know probably still does not know sold to a mate of mine who was a brick layer rode it for many many many years to get to work no gloves no helmet no protective gear Jesus how did we get away with it but we did !!! The bike in question did over 37K without even a spanner being involved !!!! He sold it to another mate who we lost touch with so not sure what happened t6alk about the best bike on the planet this is it no question Fuck the R1 or any Harley these bikes beat the shit out of any of them miles for bucks quality for bucks It just kicks ass no question !!!

@@allaurence1092 many thanks, I appreciate it. 👍
You lost something off the back at 8:09 Martin. Beautiful machine, simple pleasure in an over complicated world...
@@BreezyRider66 well spotted! It was part of my chest mounted camera holder that fell off. I did retrieve it, no harm done! 👍
i bought a brand new c 70 in 1983 it was brill
The C70 is arguably the best of the three. The 50 and 70 had a different engine to the 90. They're 125 now of course, not really cubs imo.

@@MsDenver2 thanks for the lovely compliment. I’ve actually got a 350 Hunter in the garage as well. Both great bikes, but the cub is my favourite.

We used to joke back in the day that after a nuke war, the only thing left would be cockroaches and C90's.
I know you said the machine will do over 200 miles in range, but what does that equate to in mpg?
@@stevetaylor8698 I get about 130-140 mpg.
With Them roads? I think you need a trail bike
Could you put a box on the front?
I do have a basket that goes on the front, just not so keen on the look of it!
Fit an old ammo box. And it would be lockable
Looks like you dropped something at around 8:10, like a cell phone.
What crap road surfaces we tolerate😮
@@HaydnBrown-h3t shocking isn’t it…
Get an e bike it’s faster
@@volt8684 I’ve got an ebike and it’s definitely not faster… have a look at my ebike camping video for evidence. 👍
What's the range, would I have to push it home?
If it's faster than a C90 then it's illegal and can be confiscated by Plod
