The weather is not moody, the coldest it gets is the early negatives, and this place is literally meant for those retiring. I grew up here and it's so nice and quiet. Even as a child I loved it and miss it for the last few years. It's just beautiful and peaceful.
I lived there, caring for my dying mother. Barely got 45k for her turn of the century house. Last sale price I saw for it was over 100k. With a crumbling foundation. Just sayin.
