@@Venomator. yeah looking at the attachments for the other brand I think they would be quite easy to fabricate some up and possibly make other custom stuff for it too. I'm sure I will do a how to video when I get around to making them👍
I own a Triton 300xl its very similar ...They all seem to be the same the Jawhorses, there's no patent on this design, if you take off the rail, it fits perfectly on a different brand. The only thing that is different between the different models, is the brand name
Hello fellow RUclipsr. Liked the video. I would suggest using a camera stand while reviewing the product to prevent dizzy viewers. Subscribing now… All the best from Collingwood Ontario 🇨🇦
Cheers mate. I normally try to use the camera stand more but with bigger items it's hard to show everything without moving the camera around especially in my small area👍
Not really sure mate as I've not had a problem with mine. Maybe try pressing the treadle a little harder when the switch is in the unlock position. I think the more pressure you use when clamping means you need to add more pressure to disengage when you put it in unlock position. Hope this helps 👍
@@PeterMossUkulele I think it all depends on what you will be using it for. The workmate has a smaller footprint but it can't clamp anything that big so I find i use mine more like a portable table. As for the clamping station it is bigger but it will hold on to much bigger stuff like doors etc and you have the option to make attachments you can clamp in to it. I've also used mine to clamp my mitre saw on it and also my bandsaw. I would say the clamping station is the more useful option but like I say it does take up more space. Hope this helps 👍
I'm glad you mentioned it's not available in America because I was very confused about not being able to find this 😂 thanks for sharing!
Just got this and have to say, I went to watch this as unpacking wasn’t totally clear. This helped loads cheers
Brilliant video as always bud
Cheers pal👍
Nice one Karl… ✅ 👍🏻
That looks a decent bit of kit I may ‘need’ to look at now… 👀 🤪 🐍
Yeah im well impressed with it. Im going start making some attachments for it soon to make it even more useful 👍
@@TheYorkshireMix Making some? I guess you do have the skills, if I buy it I will have to be purchasing some… 😂

@@TheYorkshireMix Yeah I was thinking that may be the issue. Not trying to be insulting or holier than thou by any means. Just an observation. 🍻
Great video now subscribing.
My only problem with mine is I can't unlock the clamp. Any ideas?

It looks very like the Triton Super Jaws. I wonder if it has the same flaws?
I sound too negative, it has quirks but it is very useful, a perfect companion to a chainsaw.
Thinking about purchasing a B&D Workmate. I came across your video and I'm now in 2 minds. Which would you suggest?
