It just describes life in a way nothing else can. He nailed it with that hook and the outro. It's not catchy, flashy or a club song, but from vocals, to lyrics to production (bass literally sounds like thunder while the tame impala guitar sounds like lightning in the distance flashing), it is the perfect song. Travis Scott is a musical genius in the same sense Mozart was. Dude just knows how to make any kind of song work

Because it is so recent, I feel like this is hard to compare to Rodeo or Birds. To me Rodeo has no skippable tracks. Birds has some next level vibes (I especially love the transition of the ends > way back > coordinate) but a couple weaker tracks I'll skip. Astroworld so far has one, maybe two I'll occasionally skip - those being No Bystanders and Butterfly Effect. I felt the rest of the songs either go so hard or are smooth as hell. It really shows Travis's versatility. I'd say it met my expectations for sure
