Well actually, even back in the 60's you could have great audio quality, sound can be analog rather than digital, yaknow. I'm sure the file that was uploaded was already 129kbs, and having it 240p only makes it worse. I'm not saying it's terrible or anything, in fact I kinda like the sound of lower quality stuff sometimes, gives it some added texture, I'm just saying having the video in 240p DOES reduce the quality of the audio, and that could be a problem for some people.

FYI, in Latin America many brown folks (lighter skin tones) are also considered white and perform racial oppression against their indigenous and afro-latino neighbors. The reality is, on a biological level race doesn't exist. It's limited to social categories that each society arranges and is a relatively recent phenomenon.
