Cloud Compare - Align a non georeferenced pointcloud to a georeferenced one

thanks mr., one issue at my end is that importing my file(.e57) to CC, no box with geoshift options appear. scanned walls with navvis vrx and roof with drone, converted drone to point cloud by photogrammetry in agisoft.
