if i don't have a layover am I still allowed to access the lounge (direct flight from mumbai to abu dhabi) ?
If ur traveling in Business class then you can access the arrival lounge at the airport. It’s shown in one of our videos also!

I was on this flight in business class a couple of weeks ago. The service was terrible. It is not as in your video any more
Really? With Etihad I have also observed.. it’s very person specific .. if the crew is good they will go to any lengths to make your flight comfortable and on the contrary some are really rude!
@@luxuryindiantraveler my other flight on the same day with Etihad was very good. The crew on the flight to Mumbai did not even ask for drinks until on hour into the flight. And the meal was served just as the economy class meal (no plates, just the box)
@@gustavpeter840 exactly.. this is our experience as well.. Etihad’s crew is not consistent in service .. some are extremely polite while others are rude .. one of the flight from Paris to AbuDhabi was a nightmare in Business class .. as the crew member serving us was really rude and he just did not leave any chance to show his rudeness .. in food and in service!
