Both the year 1990 and the date May 31st in general are synonymous with tornadoes. Until 2011, the year was the last time more than two F5's occurred, and don't get me started on May 31st. I feel old just watching this because I was born in 1990, and the first F5 to occur after my birth was Andover when I was 6 months and 2 days old.
Well, I feel a tad old because it feels like the last 27 years have flown by. Maybe I'm in denial about my age realizing I'll be 30 in a few years. I'm just in disbelief that it has been that long. At least my interest in severe weather and tornadoes keeps me feeling young.
