Thanks for sharing this video - I did a City & Guilds course about 15 years ago but have got out of the habit of making sugar flowers. I think that you instructions for this flower are very clear and sound quality goo, which spurs me on to get me cake crafts going again :-). Thanks again.
I LOVED THIS FLOWER. Purple is one of my favorite colors and though I am just a "newbie" at making gumpaste flowers, I haven't done to bad. Thank you. This will be the next one I will be getting the molds and veiners for. Can you tell me where you buy your colors and also your cutters and veiners? Thank you so very much! I Subscribed and THUMPS UP!
Just stunning! Thank you so much for this enlightening tutorial. One question....putting a price on sugar flowers is an ongoing delima...some people say "what you charge per hour (however long it takes) plus 50% markup. Any thoughts? Thank you.
I love the board you use to create the thickness on the petal for the wire to be inserted, I think you call it a cell board? I can't seem to find one though. Is there a different name for them?
ChrisItina I only ever color my petals once they have dried. I find the color goes on much more evenly and I dont get that blotchy look. However I always base color my flowerpaste first with a pale version of the final color
Gorgeous! You make it look so easy and your instructions are so simple and clear. Thanks so much

Its actually spelt Celboard so that may help you get it up in google search so you can see who sells it locally to you :)
Global Sugar Art sells them. They ship globally. This is where I bought mine.
I bought mine on eBay
very lovely ! ... are those "floral wires and tapes" from the flowers shops?
They can be purchased from cake shops however I purchase mine all online as what I can purchase where I live is very limited :)
