Hello from the Mobile Notary from LA (lower Alabama). People are soooo different. I try to give a brief overview on many different docs. BUT when people say STOP....I stop and carry on.
I totally agree. I've even went into Closings where English is not their primary language and you can tell that you are being talked about in the native language. I've found that i just have to stay confident, concise, and have tough skin!
Hey Griff, Your Starbuck friend, I don't understand if they don't want to sign/ buy the house/ refi,etc why would proceed. If I get push back I stop the signing and ask would you like to proceed??? If they hesitate. I have step out the house and called the title/singing company. I am alway concern if they sign they can back after right of rescission expire and say I told the Notary I did not want to sign. Just my thoughts!!

Very true it’s all understanding and not taking things personally.
Wise advice I live in an area with a lot of menonites and Amish . The men don’t acknowledge women that aren’t their wife as it’s inappropriate .
