According to the Resuscitation Council UK, the Guedel airway should be sized estimating the vertical distance between the patient's incisors to the angle of the jaw. Is there a particular reason you've done it to the tragus?

please note the measurement of the guedel in this video is incorrect - it is in fact from the incisors to the angle of the mandible (with the distal end of the guedel facing down the patient)
