This post-rock piece is actually a very old song of mine. Originally composed in 2011, the version I had recorded at the time was made with low end gear and software, and I didn't know the first thing about mixing. So I was very eager to remake it from scratch and finally share it with the world! If you're curious to hear the old version, I might make a video about it, so let me know!
Performed on Fender Stratocaster and Strandberg Boden NX8 guitars, and an LTD F-104 bass.
Video shot on a Canon EOS 700D camera with EF 50mm f/1.4 USM and 18-135mm lenses.

You said on IG that editing took about 20 hours and my take is: only 20 hours? :) Looks great and really well-thought-out, so the synergy between pictures and music is just amazing. Lovely to see you grow in time as an artist, so you just do you and more people will follow in time, I am pretty sure about it :)
The 20h is a very rough estimate and doesn't take into account the time to plan out the video, gather all the footage etc., just the time in the editing software. But it was fun to see the ideas come to life, and to try blending wildly different looking footage into a coherent video. Editing is the most fun part for me because it's where everything comes together.
This music project is helping me grow in many areas, so it's been really fun, I'm glad you're along for the ride :) Really appreciate your words and support.

I'm curious about the title, is it a tip of the hat to H.G. Wells? Or to Refused, maybe, are they an influence for you?
Yeah I wanted to end on a more positive note. It'd be rather futile to point out a problem if nothing could be done about it, you know?
For the title, I considered several options that would fit the message of the video, and this was my preferred one. I found that there are quite a few songs that share this title, and if I have to mention one that I love, it's Audioslave's!
I didn't know about the Audioslave song and the others, I guess the expression must be common language by now...
Anyways, I love how the music and the images intertwine, the term "epic" gets thrown around too often, but I think here it 100% applies. Great job!
