I love it, when the UK flag is used for US English...
i know right, smh
Coz English didn't originated in USA lol that's why , doesn't matter whichever accent is being used
@@aspirewot8408 You argue, that the Union Flag is correct, because English originated from there (I disagree with this, but not the point of my comment), but which Accent or even Variant is used, does not matter to you?
That's what they get for confusing Spanish and Portuguese, how bout that! 😂
@@damquinz9827 Only europeans can distinguish them :)
english : shoock
german : shrek

⚠️ This is certainly the fastest way to learn 500 words in German, because we already use or very similar. Thanks. 🙏🙏👍
You have uploaded a nice video. This video had been more useful and interesting to the learners of German Language if genders of these words had also been given.
I wonder how you forgot to do that was most needed. I hope you
would rectify the omission and upload a new video for the benefit of one and all. Many many
thanks. Vielen Dank.
Ya would be plus point na😊👍
Number 33 is definitely backwards. But good video!
Thank u ... it made my life easier
Amazing! Viele toll!
*Sehr toll! Sorry, but I think you want to learn the language.
Thanks for the help great job from great people
Hii
Could someone write down all of them for, thanks!
The first 3 words are derived from Latin I believe, and 7, and I'm guessing a lot more in this list. I wasn't expecting that.
So searched for what percent of German words are Latin based, first site says 5.6%. which is a lot! One word in 20.
Searching for percent of words similar between German and English I'm getting all sorts of answers. 80 of the top 100 words used in both languages are similar, of the common words used in both languages I see estimates up to 60%, but also as low as 20% for daily language spoken.
I'm confused and I'm hungry, or I'd get a definite answer 😅
Thank you. Shoulda added articles tho.
Vielen Dank

You’re supposed to learn German with Der,Die or das in front of the word you’ll never learn the words without, because later, as you progress in grammar, you’re gonna have to know it
good video, i enjoyed it, its not surprising though, as English, is, even if has diverged quite a bit from its root, still a Germanic language.
which even had genders, and more depth to it. For example, nominative, accusative, inquisitive, et-cetera,
but in truth we have a mix of Old Norse, Old German / Saxon, Latin, some Greek, A healthy dose of French,
a little old Briton/Celtic, and i'm sure a good amount of loan words and twisted or mispronounced,
ones as in Ypres becoming Wipers in English pronunciation during the First World War.and im sure there a many more examples

Kein Wunder! Die meisten Worte haben einen lateinischen Ursprung, denn die Römer waren vor rund 2000 Jahren die "Besatzungsmacht" in großen Teilen Europas, natürlich auch in England. Angeblich stammen mehr als 50 % der englischen Wort aus dem Lateinischen!
Die beiden sind germanischen Sprachen aber Englisch wurde von französisch stark beeinflusst

So my name means shock in German.. Mmm..fits well I guess.. Haha
The name for Shrek was borrowed out of Yiddisch, which is a german based language spoken by many european Jews.
So Shreks name does indeed come from the german word Schreck.
I am Schreck
Feeling and ghful are not the same. I am giving up.

Surfing und stretching sind keine deutschen Wörter.
Wie ich diese verfluchten ü,ä,und ö in der deutschen Alphabet so hasse -.-
Warum?
@@MMadesen weil diese extra punkte, das deutsche Alphabet und die daraus bestehende Grammatik hässlig macht, meiner Meinung

A lot of these worlds are based from Latin or Greek
why do they put words that are the same around the world like camel and alligator waste of time!

Smth. happened to "Biber".
German vs French not English
Most English words did derive from French after all
I cant watch this video the pauses are too long
