Now we spoil our grandkids. This is what creating a family unit is. This is why children need two parents. I'm just tired of toxic modern single females thinking that supporting and respecting a man is stupid. I will take my "stupidity" over theirs ANY DAY. 😂

You need to be on top of the bills and other stuff so you know what your take is. If you are not suffucating and crushing him, he will have time and energy and may find another person or project. You have to be on him - pushing, proving, accusing, manipulating, tracking, confusing, cheating, breaking and bossing him. Men are not too smart so you can easily do this. Then when he is maxed out, you can take all the documents and stuff you have, call the popo and make a speech (so you can kick him out) and get that 401K 😊. You are much better than him so show everyone just how powerful strong and independent you are. He is financially abusing you by not giving you the deets 😢

Perhaps, but unfortunately, in the modern western world, when you get married you bring you, your wife, and the state into a 3 party contract that does not benefit you in any way. “No Fault” divorce, Family Courts, and her Police place the “gun” of the state in her hand aimed your head. She may never choose to pull the trigger but she always has the option to destroy you by taking half and your children. When selecting a wife you must choose wisely, but even if you do, never forget that at any time she can wake up to say “I’m not happy, I divorcing you and taking your children to Texas”. But you’re job is in Vermont. 50% of 1st time marriages end in divorce, 80% of the time initiated by women. 90% if college educated. Balance? Are you willing to flip a coin to determine whether you succeed or fail in life? Best of luck to the future of marriage in the West. There are significant reasons why marriage rates are collapsing and men are choosing to go their own way to mitigate risk. A red pill indeed.

I’m a stay at home dad. My wife took over as provider after I had an accident and broke my back. A flawless transition because she never saw me as less than the leader of our home, so yes she does make the money, and she hands me that check I pay the bills I take care of the cars I clean the house and make dinner, I raised our 5 kids after she had for 12 years. I was so blessed by the foundation she left in our home. I was raised Christian, she was not she doesn’t know it but she is a godly woman and I am so blessed. @drjonesey5 10 месяцев назад +3

Wth does your comment even mean? The reality of life is that some relationships are temporary and some are not. That's literally the reality and nobody can argue against it. High body counts use to only exist for prostitutes and adult film stars (another kind of prostitute) along with high status folks like celebs, kings, queens etc. Then all of a sudden Post "the sexual revolution" rather the "DEVILution" or "DeEvolution" common folks began to adopt the concept that sexual lust is ok for people in general and hedonistic pleasure is ok so long as everything is consensual. This was a lie and it took decades of indoctrination to even plant this in the social realm.
Not a single person is ultimately happy sleeping around with so many people unless they have mental health issues or are evil, not one. Degenerates, greedy and the mentally ill are the only folks who rack up high body counts hence why it's not the norm as they are way less people who are like this than the normal populace. I COULD have had 25+ women but only slept with 5. I always got female attention since 12 years old and was doing things since then but withheld sex until I was 18. A gf at 14 years old when I was 14 also tried to force me into her mom's apartment and she said she "had a yearning feeling to have sex with me", an exact quote. I made mistakes dating sure but one of them was not fully giving into sleeping with every woman I could have. I'm no model guy, but being tall, fit or women can tell you work out a little, having nice colored eyes, a deep voice and such will get you attention.
If I could rewind time, I'd stay a virgin till I met my wife, because she's the only one who actually put work in to love me for me and prove she was just into me as a whole since Day 1. Not money, not some unrealistic idea, and she's not a feminist and she's traditional. Not a single woman made me feel like I should marry them but her.

I had an ex i dated for 6 years and i was going to marry her at the age of 20. But she had a baby behind my back and laughed in my face when i broke down. Fast forward 3 years later she hit me up apologizing for treating me like shit and cheating on me. She wasn’t appreciative of the little things i did for her and she had been in multiple relationships with guys that couldn’t compare and treated her badly. As for the baby the guy don’t even claim the baby nor her. And he also beat her. She wanted to talk about starting over and i told her that there was no way in HELL we were getting back together. Should’ve appreciated me when i was there. But then I’ve learned most women don’t appreciate a man until he is gone. By the time they realize they had a good man they tend to come back to reconcile but by then it’s too late. That woman broke me and turned me into a man that i never thought i would become and because of that i tolerate less bs from any woman. Learned to be the guy to drop a relationship if its not beneficial for me and not stay to satisfy a woman who can’t be satisfied.

I was with my wife for a total of 29yrs before she passed. High school to 24yrs of marriage. I worked, she worked. Raised 2 sons to adulthood. My wife was always complimented on her beauty and youthful look. Why you ask because she didn't have to stress . She didn't have to hold down kids, jobs, bills, and life by herself. She had me and I had her.

Year 3 wife took on house duties so I can focus on work
Year 4 massive pay increase, wife ain't working no more
Year 5 sell first house made 80k on it, my wife at home business up
Year 6 dream house built, my job throwing cash, wife at home doing what she loves
Year 7 house already gained 100k in equity, this property taxes ain't no joke but we doing what we want everyday cash not even in the discussion
Year 8 800 credit scores, profolio getting started, 401k popin, saving looking nice, no debt, I'm happy wife happy no kids
Now we have fun planning trips and all that jazz we have nothing else to do or worry about we sitting pretty and it was easy as hell

I got married at 23, over 15 years, staying at home, and 2 children later, I am the happiest that I have ever been; I could work, but my husband doesn't want his wife out there, at the war front, just like him. He allows me to do anything that I want, but as far as I'm concerned, what he says goes, no matter how I feel about it. There is no 50/50, we both give 100% to our home, and each other. Sure, there are ups and downs, but because we are committed, we deal with things as a team, which greatly lessens the burden on each of us. Also, because duty comes first in our marriage, love easily follows- in fact, we find ourselves falling in love over and again. God is the foundation of our home.

Twenty two and established :0 That is a dream I wanted. Four kids is not much as two would be ideal in my opinion. She is thinking long term and that is what many individuals fail to realize. She has a great male and I am sure she will do everything to help keep the relationship healthy. Everything has it's ups and downs but she is fully correct about being forty "38" when she is well established to travel with her loving male.

That woman should have basic information about how bills are paid. I knew a woman in a similar situation and, when her husband unexpectedly died, she had no idea where insurance, billing, or banking information was because he took care of everything.
It may seem great to have the man take care of all the finances but people have to realistically plan for the unexpected.
I’m a single Dad. My twins know where all the financial and insurance information is just in case something happens to me.

I use to dread the thought of marriage, a lot of marriages that I grew up around had issues. Until, I had a coworker, I asked her how is the married life expecting a negative response. I never got it, she told me, “I love my marriage, it’s wonderful. Marriage for me is very easy.” Fast forward, I am married now, and from my observations and experience, as long I stay in my lane and allow my husband to be in his, we’re both happy. We work well together. I learned from the toxic marriages that I grew up around and avoid doing what they did wrong. Life is full of lessons, we just have to be careful that we don’t assume everything is negative especially marriage. Marriage is a gift from God but we people have a bad habit of messing it up.
