About the Incinerate talent - I heard that normal burn duration is 8 seconds, but Incinerate makes it 16 seconds on buildings and bosses. They made it so the talent didn't turn Emperor into One punch man but still was somewhat useful on buildings and bosses. Was it changed? Your numbers are completely different
