the Affleck figures head looks like the actor who played Lerch in the 90's Addams family movie wearing a batman mask.
So tell me are you gonna review the knightfall batman figure soon did you already planned on doing it though.
I think Keaton batman might be the best McFarlane figure ever (or on the same level as knightfall batman but I’d not know because it’s not out yet)

While I love the keaton figure significantly more, I feel the Batfleck lends to a cool custom, between the combat armor and the less prominent batlogo, I feel ditching the cape and a little paint would make for a good proto-batman suit!

Man, It would have been cool to have Michael Keaton own Batman meet Christopher Reeve's Superman because I do think a vs movie could have worked but all we did got was Batman V Superman from the DCEU, But Awesome review on these figures Jason. RIP Christopher Reeve.

i will say once i repainted the Keaton eyes, it made the likeness work 10x, looks spot on now
I feel like availability should have to do with the price. Michael Keaton is hard to find because everyone wants him and is constantly going out of stock. Most people would end up never finding him for retail price causing them to buy him on the after market for a higher price. For that reason, I feel like affleck should get price because he is easier to find for retail price
That is a very interesting observation I will consider moving forward.
With regards to the Affleck head, I saw Justin collectibles video on the Hot Toys version, and it almost looks like they’re doing the same thing with using the stunt actor. So I guess a lack of Affleck license is the problem.

TBH,as I have gotten older. I finally came to the realization that all of the live action Batmen have always something missing in their characterization. I mostly have the writers to blame for that. So,my fav live action Batman is not even Batman. But David Boreanaz's character Angel. Angel reminded me more of Batman than the actual Batmen we got in the live action movies. But that's just me. Cool review as always Jason!

I feel like the Affleck version was the half finished prototype that mcfarlane said screw it, good enough, release it. Keatons just leave it black, I'm putting the investment budget into the 6 pack movie Batmans

Hard to say. Especially given how badly The Flash is doing at the box office. I don't see anyone making figures moving forward on a flop

I'm interested to see this Affleck headsculpt on the Rebirth Batman. Seems to me that they have similar designs and, hopefully, the new headsculpt would look better on the Rebirth version.
I can tell you right now this head will be waaaay too big on that body, BUT I will def do it when I make the head swap video.
I wish i could find the keaton batman somewhere but apparently hes sold out everywhere. I hope they restock in stores so i can get him in walmart or target. Im a big Keaton fan so i hope he pops somewhere. If someone has seen him somewhere please let me know, thank you.

Because having a version that looks straight ahead is important to you, I think that your best option would either be to wait until you can find one in stores that you can examine for yourself, or buying one off of the aftermarket from somewhere where you can see what the actual figure looks like. That option is going to be more expensive, I'm not going to lie, but if you really want a non-sided version I think that's going to be your best bet. And, since you don't like the one that you have. You could always use that either for trade or to sell to make your money back. That's what I personally would do. Hope it all works out!

I don't have a favorite Batman because I don't like hearing people saying ''The best Batman actor is....'' but I do think Michael Keaton has a nice classic ish suit, The bat nipples on Val and George Clooney suits are blech🤮😫, Christian Bale suits are not to bad, Batfleck suits okay and Robert Pattinson suit is okay despite the stiched up cowl. Also I don't like talking about the all of the actors preformances in the Batman movies.

Can you use any superman heads for a Batman figure in which makes it look like bruce wayne? I’ve seen so many people making custom Bruce wayne heads online for multiverse figures.
Red Sun Superman and infinite frontier Superman from World of War look really good as Bruce Wayne heads. I will make sure to remember to include them when I do my head swaps

I do love my fair share of Batman’s from movies. Though, I do prefer getting a comic book version of Batman figure. I hope that knightfall Batman figure will be good.

As much as I like Ben Affleck’s version one thing that bothers me is how short he is. I’ve seen videos where he’s being compared to other Batman figures by height and he’s the shortest one but here he seems to be the same height as the Robert Pattinson version
Combine that with the fact that scaling from figure to figure is a real area of opportunity for McFarlane Toys.
I honestly like Pattinson's take on the Bat but if it's only based on Keaton or Affleck, I can't say. Ben had such a short role that he couldn't really develop and Keaton I feel like is good but into the Flash movie, he should've retired LONG TIME AGO

Michael Keaton's figure look like a cheap action figure with that gloss painting and the Batfleck figure is not painted in accordance to Affleck´s movie appearance. The fun thing is that I thought Batfleck´s action figure looked bad, but after seeing the real costume he used in the movie -I have to say this this version looks better!
The glossiness really does hurt it
Saw the movie, not gonna spoil anything, was fun, but cgi is so crappy that after a while it’s almost a style

The Affleck figure has a terrible head sculpt. Even the way Affleck looked in the mask in the actual film looked horrendous. He looked so much better in BvS and JL. I
If you took it as a Elseworld's figure then its a fine figure, but as a film representation, it is terrible. It reminds me when you see a celebrity statue at one of those bad wax figure museums.

Ra's is great but Penguin is still my favorite. The Bats has grown on me
