Is there a smaller mod to just update the maps? This seems too autistic for me.. I don't want that fancy background and all of those unnecessary tools and games on my car dashboard.

I can sent to your mail what is now in MediaNav 4.1.0 (NNG file and you can see what is inside and you can know what you have to put in new NNG folder to erase old and put new... I already pay for map 2022.Q4 Europe...but I cant update maps... give me an e-mail and I will send you my NNG file inside of MediaNav or you can write to me what I need to copy and what to erase... :) Thanks in advance
thanks! would be much better is English is chosen at configuration not Russian :) I have a question, is it possible to add maps without wupermod, just totalcommander, stopping nav process and copy new map an lyc to the folders? I tried that ut did not work maybe as my nng folder does not have too much dirs and my current maps are from 2012 mostly :( but version is 4.03
There was just an example of different random language and was not important the messages because there are just to inform you. It's possible to add maps also just with TTCMD but need more knowledge what you have to do. But it is complete the same as when you install Super Mod, update and at end uninstall Super Mod if you don't wanna it. It's less headache.
@@neekalmeu6855 thanks so I will do it with totalcommander only, running task manager shutting down navi, then copy to nng lincense folder the Europe_map_NQ_Truck_2019_Q2.lyc, them to content maps de fresh hungary map, than turn off wait a long as it does not restart navi just turns of LCD... will try it again.. but all my other maps are only germany and from 2012 maybe I need some upgrade in general?
@@neekalmeu6855 I did it again with totalcmd without supermod and new map not listed in navi :( first I stopped navi in task manager, then copied files onder nng folder. I had to make building folder for example as it was not even existing there below content, put each file to right place... after restarting navi still very old germany related aps presents :( What can I do? What can supermod help? bEsides soem games and vidoplayer it has the same functions shutting down navi restarting, and totalcmd or not? Should I upgrade somehow the navi first using the legal way by the toolbox app? it already has 4.0.3 but basemap is from 2011 or so

@@neekalmeu6855 ok, after official update and 4.1.0 synctool patch with the medianav toolbox native it still cannot upgrade patch it said license issue, then I upgraded manually with totalcommander without supermod an I have now the hungary map added, so finally some progress

I tested in all original versions of MediaNav. 6.0.5 MD and 7.0.5 MD are two firmware versions modified. I was not thinking to apply also in these versions.

it looks like its running pretty lagging, is this crap realy any benefit? I think this is the reason why highways are blocked every morning due to accidents of people watching movies while they are driving on the road... There is a reason why such things as watching movies in cars whyle driving is not possible by factory configurations....
To watch video while driving, I not agree me too. But when you have a small child in car and you want keep quite, when the car is stopped is a benefit. Moreover for people who stay day long on car as taxi drivers is perfect. Regarding how is running, onlly who is using can comment, and from those 99% like the application moreover that until now arrived translated in 16 languages which can be changed online.

Hi I get Renault clio 2015 delivered on Monday, which comes with media Nav unit. Will this super mod work with it?
Of course will work with it if is with version until 9.1.3.
What is difference from 4.1n and 4.1e supermod. Or what should I need to install, what is latest? (I have 4.1.0 MediaNav)
4.1n basically have more languages added and fix few little things inside.

6.0.3 is too old, Upgrade it to last 9.1.3 and you can use it.
Can I go from 4.0.6 to 9.1.3 ?

I start MS by copying the NK.bin file to a clean USB flash drive, through the test point, if you restart MN, it will not load anymore
