Very good and informative video. Thanks for the video. Many historians like Jadunath Sarkar and Ramesh Chandra Majumder etc used the first method i.e name & year system of citation. However, Wikipedia uses the last method i.e citation order system. The alphabetical order system is a totally unscientific method.

Question! I'm currently using a book for my research paper. The book uses references from other sources (such as articles, letters and other books) to prove points and provide evidence. Hi Chiizu, you have to paraphrase even if you put the author's name. Otherwise you have to use quotation marks.

Hi, you should always use the original one i.e. another article but you can write as (….. as cited in …..), hope this helps
