The documentary film of the Television and Radio Complex of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan entitled "Actual Tandem" is dedicated to the work of the mechanism of public-private partnership. Today, PPP is a successful tool for interaction between business and the state.
PPP projects are implemented in such areas as education, healthcare, culture and sports, transport and infrastructure. As of April 1, 2023, 1,080 PPP agreements were concluded with a total value of 2,140.5 billion tenge.
The head of state K.K. Tokayev instructed to develop and switch to a new model of public-private partnership. The President has repeatedly stressed that it is necessary to strengthen control in this area. The Government was also instructed to consider the issue of a radical update of the law on PPP.
