Ken Hamm needs to focus on Jesus instead of telling people they’re not christians if they don’t believe in HIS interpretation of the creation of the universe
I think it is a doctrine issue and it’s therefore a salvation issue in second John epistle he said if you don’t have the doctrines of Christ you don’t have God well the biblical account of the fall and Adam and Eve in the flood and all of that is also referred to by Peter in his epistles both of them and so if you reject these doctrines you’re rejecting the doctrine of Christ therefore you don’t have God
I get that everyone in the entire Earth was evil and violent, even the little kids, and that they all deserved to die a horrible death. They are getting their just rewards in Hell for all eternity. Why did He drown all those puppies and kittens, and baby pandas, and joey kangaroos in the flood? What did they have to do with people being evil? The Egyptians revered cats and dogs. Why did YHWH kill all the first born kittens and puppies and baby animals with the 10th plague? Pharaoh wanted to let the people go, but YHWH hardened his heart and overrode his free will. Why does YHWH hate baby animals so much?
I guess, if humans were not violent and corrupted, that never would have taken place to begin with. Its our fault, we brought it upon the animals. Its like that corona virus, people eat weird things, get infected and kill thousands of animals infected by corona, and not to mention radiation from our technology. The problem lies with us. Not Him.
It dosnt seem to make any sense to me. The Bible says " all animals " , "kind" refers to species. If it dosnt why was a dove and a raven onboard ? Surely one "kind" of bird, like a goose would have been enough.
The word "dove" in Hebrew is believed to mean "warm blooded". Whereas the word "raven" used in Genesis describes a "textured dark colored flying" animal. So if "dove" was of what we'd think of as "bird kind" and "raven" was what we'd classify as a flying reptile. That does make sense is reference to "kind" of animal as it relates to Noah's ark. This also does make sense in the metaphoric depiction of "the raven" (that didn't return to the ark); having a similar property to Satan (the dragon) "roaming the earth" (Job 1:7). Dragons are often depicted as reptiles. So yes, the "raven" that Noah released from the ark; very well may have been in the "terodactyl" (Pterodactyl) family. Now the same word "raven" is used in later Bible stories; of which we interpret that to be a black bird (which today are also known as crows.) Yet keep in mind that ancient Hebrew is a language of descriptors and not specifically a language of word nuance as Greek, Latin or English are. In English, a "raven" is a specific species of bird and not just a "textured dark colored flying animal".
We walked away from God and sinned. He warned us what would happen if we did and we still do today. Many say I am a Christian, but don't live a holy life. Strive to live without sin and if you make a mistake we can go to our Lord Jesus Christ who died for our sin.

It's ironic that those of a different opinion feel the need to defend their own by tearing down others. Have your own opinion and allow others to differ from it. @@ozowen5961 I tend to agree. It's fine people believing something, but roping in children who haven't taken everything into account and creating people who walk through life in a way that seems to ignore the finer details of the world around us it sad to see. I don't 100% disagree with the idea of people believing in God, as there is something abstract there, that can't be disproven, and it may help them through. What I can disagree with is people being oblivious to, for example, climate change, which is a pretty big problem that some try to ignore
The video is right but Ken Ham is wrong. I own the video and I'm sure that Genesis is history. The Earth is young, the account of Noah's flood is true. But Ken Ham's depiction of the ark actually contradicts the bible. Also the labor intensive scenario for the animal care he depicts is unwarranted. In the wild, animals feed themselves, avoid each other without human supervision.
The flood could not be real. The ARK would require a year of fresh water for all the animals as the water outside is contaminated with salt and billions of dead things.
@@Syrnian I don't want to be the spoiler here, but uhm, that rain that felt down, i'm sure Noah had a system to capture the water, it sure wasn't polluted as it is now these days, the air was much healthier in his days, and he could have boiled the water before using or drinking it. ( survival video's a recommendation) So uhm, its fair to say, that the requirement for water in order to survive, was not an issue. And for that reason, he could have even used the water surrounding the arc. By boiling the water.
Anyone who thinks the ark is possible needs to first volunteer at an animal shelter. Even an animal shelter that deals with just one species, like cats. It's sad but these people are desperate to avoid facing reality.

How do animals feed themselves in the wild without human help? I think the ark was entirely self service. 99% of the species that ever live were extincted by the flood. Many additional species may have ended on the ark. Some carnivore may have wiped out the giant ground sloths as food during the voyage.

It was like arguing with a child who didn't want to do his homework or chores continually using a spiders web of reasons why he shouldn't have to. They were too smug and right in their own eyes to hear what I had to say. You could give them an impeccable arguement and they would find a way to weasle out of it. The goal is their soul. I don't want anyone to go to hell, so I should do my best to win them over. I'll look more at the resources that you pointed out. Thanks again!
David AM rubbish, the fact that we can see stars that are more than 100 000 light years away, is proof the universe is more than 100 000 years old.
David AM rubbish, the definition of religion (or part there of) is a belief in a god (gods, goddsses, pantheons) and the associated dogma. Atheism has no belief in gods, therefore simply doesnt qualify, no matter any other similarities. Atheism also has no dogma, just a lack of belief in a god ... nothing more, nothing less.

They
are getting their just rewards in Hell for all eternity.
Not Him.
Demons would not be satisfied with just corrupting humans. But all of Gods creation.
It dosnt seem to make any sense to me. The Bible says " all animals " , "kind" refers to species. If it dosnt why was a dove and a raven onboard ? Surely one "kind" of bird, like a goose would have been enough.
Great point. Forgot about the different birds. But Ken Hamm is worried about the money and keeping his scam going
Just another fantasy story from the encyclopedia of nonsense.
We walked away from God and sinned. He warned us what would happen if we did and we still do today. Many say I am a Christian, but don't live a holy life. Strive to live without sin and if you make a mistake we can go to our Lord Jesus Christ who died for our sin.
Absolutely! If you sin, just ask for forgiveness! Nothing is better than praising a god that killed himself to appease himself of the sins of mankind.
Too crowded for me.
Its really scary to realize there so much ignorance
Tell me about it

It's ironic that those of a different opinion feel the need to defend their own by tearing down others. Have your own opinion and allow others to differ from it. For me my belief in God is not because of what someone convinced me about but rather what the spirit has taught me. I learn truth wherever I find it with the help from the spirit. Feel free to disagree with me but I know what I know.
Dobbin Burkhart It may not be 100% accurate but it does a great job of inspiring dialogue, just like what occurred in this video.
Noah brought along a wood stove so he could boil water?
That is how animals in the wild exist now, but why assume it was the same back then?
Noah's ark was rectangle
Noah’s ark was a Bronze Age parable that spread through oral history to keep people from breaking “gods” law

I don't care about hearing these students talking. Who cares what they think? I want to see the Ark.
Anyone who thinks the ark is possible needs to first volunteer at an animal shelter. Even an animal shelter that deals with just one species, like cats. It's sad but these people are desperate to avoid facing reality.

I skimmed over your paragraph......LOL
How do animals feed themselves in the wild without human help? I think the ark was entirely self service. 99% of the species that ever live were extincted by the flood. Many additional species may have ended on the ark. Some carnivore may have wiped out the giant ground sloths as food during the voyage.
Yep. Cats are obligate carnivores. What did they feed them?
Uhm, the very fact that they reconstructed it in Kentucky, is proof that the arc was capable of holding on water. You totally missed out that point. Moses wrote those pages, thousand of years ago, and we see of the evidence of the reconstruction; this large mega structure is capable of floating. And you question its reality? That's ironic.

I wasn't raised in the church, and my K-12 education was in public schools where "evolution" is the gospel. Not once did I or my classmates ever think to question it. Because it's what we were taught by the authorities in our life. We were never even informed that others had opposing views to this theory, or that there was evidence that contradicts the Darwinian narrative. Even when I became a Christian it took some time for me to investigate this matter.
I think creation is a salvation issue because if you don't believe the Genesis account, you don't believe God.
