Case based learning encourages active learning and demonstrates how to apply theoretical concepts to surgical practice. In this episode i am talking on post-operative fever on first post-op day. These are mainly due to Atelectasis and Pneumonia. I have discussed how to diagnose these conditions and how to treat them.
