Announcing you are changing your game engine a month before launch is like saying you're almost done with your essay but you haven't even decided whether to use Word or Docs yet.
I play games but know zero to nothing about development, and even I know that changing the game engine is not a red flag but it's literally showing that there's no real game in development... I wonder if this has happened with a successful game
At least when you're switching between those, you can just copy paste the essay over and keep working on it. Changing your game engine a month before launch is like not deciding if you're going to use a Mac or a PC to write your essay on.
They updated the game engine, moron. Maybe you should stick to talking about stuff that you actually know
More like changing your 20 page essay from English to Chinese.
more like switching from writing on paper to typing it up, except you have no OCR so you have to retype the whole thing
"Yoooo, this random ass studio nobody heard about is making a game that somehow looks better than a AAA game like The Division 2, gaming is saved!"
problem is occasionally this actually happens, like Lies of P just coming outta nowhere
Nothing will ever be like
My beloved Division 2
@liamsgreatbitgaming same with manor lords
And they are in Siberia!! Russians NEVER scam anyone!!!
You se how the world ended up like it did lmao people are retarded as fuck
@liamsgreatbitgamingLies of P and the rest are another reason AA is replacing AAA with its complacency.
They should’ve just called it “The Day Before You Got Scammed.”
Boo!
Did anyone notice something strange with the style of the font, turns out it's the same exact font as with "The Last of Us" title font.
Nice rain world pfp
the day before❎the refund after✅
Reply 5, "The Day Before you realize we lied"
"over in Singapore"
*Two dudes wearing parkas with a Siberian dog in front of a snowy log cabin*
It’s clear they’re Singaporeans who’ve moved to Ruski land. Now I just wonder whether their passports are just as fake as their game.
The Day Before is the Fyre Festival of video games.
That’s Just Too Perfect To Describe Whole Scandal…
Every year the industry seems to have one of them
The Madame Web of video games. A broken experience in every way.
still FO 76 in my opinion
Concord took that title now
"One single volunteer dev trying to hold it all together."
I feel so damn bad for this guy, but I can't stop laughing!
It's crazy that the team working on the game weren't aware the brothers were advertising the game as an MMO, but it is like they say "Shit happens"
They made the staff pay fines if anyone make mistakes or break rules in a company where the pay was either minimal or non-existent (I don't count working for credit is payment).
You mean none of the people in the team ever looked at any of the marketing footage or steam page? I don't believe that at all
@esanahka9284they did, thats how they literally found out once the trailer was released
2 crooked d. inks scammed some dumb peasant trash.
@esanahka9284 nobody said all of them were ignorant, but it would not be surprising if most of them simply saw the trailers (since you know, they are probably the ones who made them), but didn't look at how the devs themselves described the game to the rest of the fans
Person from Yakutsk here. I remember the day before was advertised as "the first worldwide yakut game, even better than western AAA games. Getting millions of views, being the most wishlisted game on steam etc etc etc Look how ambitious and cool gotovtsev brothers are!". Even advertising at local schools saying how cool is a job at gaming industry "FNTASTIC is looking for volunteers and YOU can start your career here". Like if you were at yakutsk around that time you would see the day before advertising EVERYWHERE even it makes you sick of it.
But then when game miserably failed all the advertising about the game and FNTASTIC suddenly disappeared 👀 i wonder why
Blin... 😲
You Russians are a circus.
classic soviets
Cheeki breeki man
@magscorch7706we got time travelers before hlx
The fact that it had "devoted fans" all the way up to the end is concerning
True believers.
@raphk9599 gullible idiots
@raphk9599Cultists, even.
I think most of the people who bought the game knew it was a scam but wanted to see the disaster when it comes out.
Like in the official reddit there was an user who was a toxic brat stating the game would blow gta v lol
The worst is that when you call out stuff for clearly being hype jobs or kinda scammy for concrete reasons, people just call you a hater.
People lose to scams over and over because some people never learn and never develop skills to to sus out scams.
No. I dont think thats the problem.
I think the problem is that every year a new generation of gamers enter the market...
People are dumb, silly, naive, paniky, gullible sheep and they have the memories of fruit flies. You would think that after so many game scams and early access fiascos gamers would learn this simple lesson:
Wait until a game releases and see the reviews THEN make up your mind if it is worth a buy. I mean, even after the plagiarism accusations, which were very obvious, people were still keeping faith that it may be a good game...
What a fucking shit show!
@Legendendear Not really. The people who actually buy these games are hardcore gamers.
Actual consoomer cattle.
@Legendendear the people who bought this game weren't little Fortnite skibidi toilet kids; what a delusional take. no; they were 20-30 year old consoomer idiots
"amnesiac gamers", as i like to call them. y'know, the folks who never fucking learn from the scams and anticonsumer practices game companies keep pulling. they get mad about getting duped but then fall for something else a year later
Well the reality is people tend to listen to whoever is the loudest , and honest people try a lot less hard to be heard than sycophants and drones
The Day Before had every red flag imaginable even before the worst scandals. Zombie survival? Check. Inexperienced studio? Check. Ridiculous ambitions? Check. Obviously fake gameplay videos? Check. After getting burned by Ubisoft, Gearbox, EA and Bethesda with their AAA budgets and experienced devs, how did anyone seriously think that some random mobile game studio is gonna make the biggest game of the year?
Yeah like wtf but dont worry they Gonna make gta 7 😮
Except they were missing the pre-order red flag. Or the crowd funding red flag. It so weird they never actually allowed a gamer to put money toward this game. It was all about ripping off investors for a few years lol
Let me tell you. Wukong
@DUMPTAman that game is so fcking awesome, the story, pricetag and the graphics, everything about that game is fantastic and it's made by indie game studio not AAA studio
Because people trust small indie devs more than AAA studios. They're not 'experienced' they're 'corrupt' according to the average forum.

Legend
Are you all twelve years old
Bruh
@Whiteboykunyes
Man, this video should have been posted days before.
Anyone that replies to this is a good boy.
I don't get it???
Oh wait a minute
Is it because the tower 7 fell
@battyman42069 you in fact did not get it
ITS IN THE TITLE OF THE VIDEO🗣️🗣️🗣️❗❗❗❗
Wow! Even Dr. Disrespect played it? I thought the game only had major issues, not minors!
26:21 26:36 Has to be a bit right?
Underrated banger
@crackhair3998underage banger
Blasting Dr Disrespect out of no where 😂
@lazycobra out of no where? He just admitted to inappropriately messaging a minor
I will never let go of their video promoting their diverse workplace in their shitty zoom app where literally half or more of the employees were deepfakes of people talking lmaoooooo
Wtf I have to see this
Wait, actually? 💀🤣
Even worse, they're enforcing fines (yes, monetary fines) to employees who make mistakes within the company. So not only are they not paying staff, they're making the staff pay them to keep working (only payment here I assume is just credit/reference on their resume). It's so unethical I'm amazed people didn't talk about it more.
@theotv5522 Literally stockholm syndrome
@mavor101 I wouldn't call it Stockholm syndrome, because as Boss stated, these are poor and upstart employees who's living in areas with next to no jobs, so they were being exploited while the 2 disguising brothers spent 300k traveling, living like kings while the rest were locked inside working over time.
The staff had no choice because to many, this were their first job, they thought they could make it work.
The thing I hate most about this scam, is the fact that these scammers now ruined a perfectly good title for a game.
Is it though? If you think about it, the title for this game made zero sense. The day before what exactly?
@CHRB-nn6qp By playing the game, you find out, that's my point ;)
@macmartin86yes... No buddy, the name doesn't make sense and it's really silly, Think about it for a moment, it literally sounds like the title of a Bad parody movie XD
I'm with you.
@Jjgm69 This my dear fellow, is what we call an Opinion. Everybody has one.
37:34 Sending ''specialists'' to help....only for them to say it's horrendous and should be released broken is quite funny.
I mean, there is no possible way to salvage that travesty.
Man 3 videos in a 6 month time span. The boss is spoiling us this year.
He's trying to get a promotion
@meucelularkrl bigger boss?
real
Thank ya boss -The Goons
and all he had to do was dredge up discourse about a dead horse that a billion other people already made videos about several months ago
The timing of Dr. Disrespect being mentioned in this video LMAO
Dr age of consent.
?
@Whoopgnash1hes been accused of pdfile with no proof
Edit: guys ffs please stop acting like its fair to be against him when no proof was given, like fuck him but obviously ill make sure before i say fuck him
We found the dr. Disrespect fan right here 😂😂😂@Cpt.MatiasTorres
@Cpt.MatiasTorreshe admitted it lmaoo
"We have internet historian at home"
You've earned yourself a sub
This guy doesn’t steal scripts though lol
@daanstrik4293 He literally stole the format and structure of the video from IH. So he's not that different.
@lu-qlI mean, you want more of these types of videos, and it’s right here
@theofficialbruhfish8094 Oh yeah, I don't care if it's similar. I don't even care about the IH situation.
He still made good, original content, regardless of where the source was. He transformed it and made it his own.
I just find it funny that people praise this dude here, while bashing IH, when IH was at least original with his production.
They're both entertaining though and that's the only thing that matters to me.
@lu-ql I thought I was going crazy about how similar this is to IH but yeah he definitely blatantly stole his style from him.
Gamers: I’m never touching a zombie survival game again😡😡
Also gamers when they see good gameplay footage from a sketchy company:🤩💵💵
This is why Gamers are a laughable joke. Those who call themselves Gamers unironically deserved to be laughed at.
not even good actually
Gameplay was clearly ripped from The Division lmao, that trailer wasn't right in any way
*Laughs in Project Zomboid*
@vinimaxsteel the crafting was straight outta the last of us too, the visuals were straight up a downgrade from the division as well and it was blatant what they were ripping off, they "made" a trrrible clone of the darkzone from the first game without what made the first game so special
So the big takeaway here is that people never learn. One look into the studio's history would've been enough.
Imagine my shock when a massive project by a no-name studio with little to no relevant experience ends up being bad.
@SuperBeanSquad it wasn't even bad, it was fake.
@maxkozak9702 I mean, it came out so it wasn't fake. It was nothing like what they promised, but it did exist.
It's a tale as old as time. It happens every other year and people jump into hype trains without giving anything a second thought. Hell, I always think twice before purchasing any big AAA title even from renowned publishers and companies, and that's only after watching real gameplay and reading reviews after launch. I don't get the point of investing money into something shady just because the promises are good.
@fawnieee Gamers are their own worst enemy. It's why companies like EA, Ubisoft and Activision are still so profitable.
there's a video on russian youtube that explains the background of the development and it was revealed that the studio owners were restarting the project almost every week, with devs crunching HARD, because they played some game and liked a concept in it and wanted it in the day before
Link pls to the video
Were the two brothers acually the main devs or just scapegoats?
Yeah, no. Sorry. Not buying that for a minute. Considering what was ultimately delivered was a asset flip worth about one week of effort?
dozens of other channels already did videos on that
@cobraregala4571 ixbt games channel
Even this game lasted longer than Concord...
Lololololol
Damn... someone should tell Sony.
I mean not really, at least Concord lasted like a week lol
Nah this game lasted basically 3 days concord lasted just over a week
@KirbOverlord only if you're going by how long you could buy it. servers were up for about a month which means it actually did last longer than concord lol
I'd give this masterpiece of a game 10 stolen assets out of 10.
What a banger it was.
is it really stolen if they bought it?
They weren't stolen. They were all bought of the unreal store
Promising the people something that is "handmade" and had the developers "blood sweat and tears" put into it without making any of thier own assets and just making what is basically a pre-made game is a steal I'd say.
@SuperM789
They literally stole other games' trailers and artwork.
They plagiarized other games and movies in the trailers, but the assets in the finished game weren’t stolen, they were bought. Buying assets isn’t illegal. Relying on them while not knowing what you’re doing and marketing your game as a AAA that you’ve been working on for 5 years and literally saying this isn’t an asset flip is still really bad and misleading tho.
The cut from the building with "Minor" on it to Dr. 2 Times Her age was perfect.
@146cfjhsr what's bombaclat mean ?
@danialyousaf6456 poop
@danialyousaf6456 it's a Jamaican slang for moron i think (im getting this from play too much gta 4 back in the day)
@danialyousaf6456doesn't really have a meaning
@MatthewGordon-mb6et alrighty
I find it hard to believe this was the most wishlisted game on Steam. The first time I heard of it was after it came out
Same, I only aware of it after the scandal broke out
its almost like people can make steam accounts for free and wishlist things without paying a penny. hmmm, maybe someone could automate that process as a form of illegitimate marketing. hmmm....
Botting might have been involved, but I think the main cause is that a sizable amount of people are just morons , and they gambled on hitting all the popular buzzwords, pushing them into the limelight.
Because it was seen by so many people, there was enough morons to fail to see the red flags and vote it into popularity.
I wouldn't be surprised if the wishlist was botted
I'm on steam daily, have other zombie games.
I have never seen it until this video today 😂
26:21 when a Minecraft RUclipsr reaches 100k
S*** happens
Another way of saying
“Oopsy daisy! We made a mistake despite being in development for 5 years!”
What a pathetic gaming company
Man_Aslumelmaoo
S*** happens
The payday footage for taking everyone's money first and asking questions later is too real after payday 3
Difference is star breeze is fixing their game unlike fantastic
They got that Gamepass money too.
@Lil-normie-X yeah taking months to add basic features really is something to celebrate, i get your point defniitely but like why are we allowwing this to become the industry standard
@qarblins_4288 if you really wanna shit on unfinished games, cyberpunk is your go to
@Lil-normie-X Yeah,no. Star citizen will get a 1.0 release faster than starbreeze will fix the stinky shite that is PayDay3.
Basically the trailer reaction:
"That's it? That's the lost trailer?"
"What a rip"
"THAT WAS JUST A BUNCH OF CHEAP WALK CYCLES!!"
It's okay Patchy, just remember to never pre-order.
Perhaps we judged No Man's Sky too harshly. At least Hello Games was committed to fixing and updating the mess they had.
*But a mess they had regardless n that shit can’t fly so no.. y’all didn’t treat em too harshly. Giving it to em is partly why they eventually got they shit together imo*
They at least succeeded in coming back.
Most of these kinds of stories and companies, they're gone or rebrand under a new name and try again.
the only thing im pissed about no mans sky for is that its gone up again and you cant get it for less than a dollar like you could on launch.
Just like war, gamers getting excited for products that don't exist yet and are a cinematic trailer then being disappointed never changes.
War, war never changes
Ngl I think after the Day Before meltdown, comments are more keen to ask for a gameplay footage.
@R3TR0J4N yeah basically every time this happens it seems to make a few more people just a little more sceptical.
It’s a big reason why I stopped buying games on release day and usually wait to see if anything dodgy happens.
@midniteauthor same.
Although am also a Grand Strategy Paradox games enjoyer of the hardcore kind so...I kinda have learned to wait, as paradox always leave their games unfinished, that is why half their games die without support and their other games live on near eternally
On top of they being unsatisfied punks. Like, why always hyped for new games?
The opening scene, waking up with the doctor and the light shining in your face seems to be heavily inspired (aka stolen) from Fallout New Vegas
I was just about to say, did they really put doc Mitchell in this horrible ass game 😂😂
Ever since this game came out I've been looking forward to a retrospective on its comical downfall, glad its big boss covering it
dozens of other creators also did videos. dozens of creators warned the day before was a scam year before release
@toomanyaccounts Oh yah indeed theres been tons videos about it, but what I was talking about was a full deep dive from start to finish, instead of just reporting on the newest developments, the kind of videos internet historian or big boss would make.
Post mortem done by kira is also good
39:41 nice touch there
There really is nothing behind those eyes. Every video, these two have the same empty, almost uncanny expressions. It creeps me out almost.
As a Russian, I am so sorry. Those two brought dismay and shame to our country.
@JustStop19 well thats a drop in the bucket compared to that war in terms of shame
@badasscrusader well, I am not sorry for the war. Ukraine effed around and found out. If it were Russians who sponsored the pro-Russian revolution in, say, Canada, and started bombing parts of Canada that wanted to join the US instead, only for the new pro-Russian government later declared, that they want Canada to join military alliance with Russia and have its bases on their territory, also hinting at use of nuclear weapons, the world would cry murder! But when it's Ukraine instead of Canada, the Russians are the bad guys. So yeah, I am more sorry for these dimwits, than for war.
Russians are soulless thats why they look like that
@JustStop19 You gotta disown them
I think that another reason that zombie games are so prevalent is that they don't need a very sophisticated ai. Or, more accurately, it's easier to program an enemy that has few directives (wander, chase, attack) than an enemy that should be doing much, much more, e.g. analyze battlefield, seize the initiative or employ non-trivial moves. The difference is even wider if you have the survival aspect, where zombies can just stand in one place and wait for a player to discover, but more human-like npcs need to show some semblance of actually living in the game world
One major consequence of the mass layoffs in the gaming industry, is now you've got a lot of artists and animators with real experience looking for work. It means you can pay an animator to do a mock-up for your game for cheap, and then turn around and present that mock-up as the product itself.
lol you really think those fired did anything you are describing?
those who got fired did it because they were doing nothing.
@kelso7206 A lot of people get laid off because they were hired for a project that almost immediately fell apart, or were kept on from a previous project to develop the sequel that got cancelled or lost funding. In both cases, it's common for the staff involved to be left with literally nothing to do for months while management tries to figure out what to do. That doesn't mean they aren't competent.
@Narokkurai That's the most widely spread consensus of why those in the gaming industry got fired but I have a more cynical way to see the layoffs, although I don't disagree with the thought that some of them were competent.
@kelso7206 Cynicism is easy. I always try to follow the 10-80-10 rule: for any given group of people, 10% will be exceptionally bad, 10% will be exceptionally good, and the other 80% will just be normal--not great, nor terrible.
@kelso7206you clearly have no idea of why these layoffs are happening. It's all the investors fault for overhiring because of the pandemic videogame bubble.
What’s worse is they’re going back for round two
I hope everyone's learned their lesson by now.
@gregorymirabella1423oh, my sweet summer child...
@gregorymirabella1423no they didn't. They're making a new game recently and people being hyped for it. The game's called "Escape Factory" if anyone interested.
Considering they got away with it and got a bunch of people’s money and didn’t spend time in jail, I doubt it
@gregorymirabella1423 They won't. People are astonishingly stupid.
Props to the Gotovtsev brothers for creating one of the most spectacular and memorable scams out there
5:36 RedEx... wow, ok
Ironically, this game's all-time peak was 38,104 players, compared to Concord who only had 697
I love how i never heard about this "thing" only after it came out and my immediate reaction was "can't believe people fell for this shit"
Dude same tho
What's most was being the most wishlisted game on steam.
The history of “Fantastic” Games should have been a insight how this game would’ve fucking blew
I just heard of this at launch too and I too wonder how this unity asset flip got through Valve’s fingers
I only knew this existed from Kira TV
Hearing about this scam only after it happened felt like some sort of fever dream for me, it was so weird that people bought into a Zombie Survival game of all things to such an extent.
Even though i knew every detail of this debacle, Boss captured it so well and edited so thoroughly its worth living through it all over again.
i cant keep myself from giggling every 5 min because of how absurdly funny the fiasco was
7:38 - "Todd is destroyed!" - That would be the best moment in this story.
He is only distraught I think
You can't kill the Todd
The Todd will live on
Big Huge Games tried to kill the Todd
But they failed, as they were smite to the ground
Bioware tried to kill the Todd
But they failed, as they were stricken down to the ground
CDPR tried to kill the Todd
Ha-ha-ha-ha!
They failed, as they were thrown to the ground!
Yeah!
The Todd!
He comes from Hell!
Todd can not be destroyed , he will come back again and again to give you a buggy sandbox open-world games .
@Antonious_jefferand some won't be able to resist his sweet little lies
And some won't be able to resist Todd's sweet little lies
(idk if the first one sent)
Common practices of scammers : trying to convince people it's not a scam
19:11 What a coincidence in this footage. Because there was a defunct airline called continental and it had the same font.
The editing style and narration reminds me of Internet Historian
thinking the same thing
If im not mistaken, this Channel started to provide "The Fall of Cyberpunk" because IH didnt do It.
So yeah, It is the same format.
Yeah this guy is 1 for 1 copying him sooo
it is basically beat for beat but the real IH stopped actually doing shit like this which opened a gap in the market
Hey I mean it keeps me occupied while the internet historian cooks
It blew my mine ANYONE was excited for this even originally, it seemed so obviously like just an idea-especially because for the longest time you couldn’t even pre-order it.
Your mine was demolished by the thought of it!?
@lenadams854 lmao, whoops.
Massive structural collapse
33:55 u got some funny edits 😂
Love the clip when Valve steps in to give refunds 😂
"What trouble you boys gotten yourself into this time"
I never knew about those two brothers behind it. But just seeing the videos now of them presenting somewhere in a fucking mountain range just reeks of scam to me.
The scene with Todd is just too good 😂😂
Despite this disaster, it did live longer then Concord...
you know that shit hit the fan when valve steps in
I have now reached a sufficiently advanced age where I no longer get excited over new game announcements, and I am very happy to be here.
Same. The only things that get me excited are Mario, Metroid, and Doom.
@giygas_9577 People love to shit on Nintendo (for many valid and good reasons) but they still are one of the very few companies out there still releasing proper, fully optimized and fun games. I cannot wait for the new Zelda title and I know it's going to be a banger.
I have never reached an age where i give a fu so much about game announcements or game whatever.
I just play when I want with whatever I have available, and when I'm bored, I dont "burnout" and ask for help on forums, I just stop playing and touch grass, maybe even touch a person.
Nobody cares and get lost
This is true for me too but only because Rockstar will never make rdr3
The Day Before..
If you thought No Man's Sky was a disaster on release, just wait until you hear about this one.
At least in the case of No Man Sky, their studio were almost destroyed by a flood. It's a literal disaster in every sense of the word caused the game launched as bad as it is.
The Day Before don't have that excuse.
@defaulted9485 And No Mans Sky is like an actual game now with pretty much all the promises they made. The Day Before is just poof
Plus. No Man Skys made a comeback. Even tho they failed at release, They were dedicated to making a good game. Unlike the Day before.
From Anthem to The Day Before
At least with no mans sky they were actually trying to make a good game but got screwed over by deadlines and a bit of overambition
You forgot one crucial detail, they raised money from people. Like around 800k dollars from kickstarter, that is why it was such a scam
I vaguely remember seeing this game's title and thumbnail pop up on steam but could instantly tell it was early access zombie slop so I promptly ignored it.
I'm legitimately shocked to hear that an early access zombie title got as much hype and hope as this did in recent years.
There's always a new crop of 13-19 year olds willing to bust their scam cherry on the next obviously fraudulent product.
Wait, this wasn't a rug pull. It was just hilariously over the top incompetence? Wow.
Considering the final "product" was all just assets, I think they initially wanted to do a rug pull and run with the money but missed the QTE for the actual pull and got stuck in. So, over the top incompetence pretty much.
@ericlamb4501 I doubt the 2 brothers had much involvement with coding the game. As boss stated, their company is a fuking concentration camp (ppl being fined for mistakes and locked in office working overtime 18hrs), the actual employees didn’t have any directions as to what the final product will be.
Mismanagement is the word you're looking for.
The fact there was people still DEFENDING THIS GAME IS HILARIOUS!
Really? How can they defend it when they can't even play the game, lol
Bots and payed trolls are real, nothing hilarious in it imo, (apart from people not recognizing it on their own, but thats not hilarious either, more like sad).
sunk cost fallacy folks
that’s probably rage bait comments, there’s no way someone defending this 😭
7:39 never missing a chance to take a jab at Todd lmao
I mean. Have you seen the guys height?
i actually just emailed the developers back then, asked for a steam key and got one haha. they knew their game was f*cked
And to think that so many people still bought the game after all the red flags.
A fool and his money are easily parted.
A sucker is born every day.
People love throwing money away
That trailer showing off the characters in a sauna was something else, even after that people were still going to bat for this game when we hardly seen any gameplay lol
I really feel bad for the employees who were abused by these 2 brothers. Seeing people grouping them with these 2 scammers and branding them as scam artists hurts.
There's another side story to these employees. Like this video said, they were fresh new-graduates employed from areas with next to no jobs. They had no choice but to try and make the best of what was given. This was their first job. And these 2 brothers knew exactly that.
They were underpaid (some had to work for credit, which is BS in my book), forced to work overtime. Not to mention the brothers enforce monetary fines should they do something wrong.
Please do not belittle these poor people who were being abused and exploited. The 2 brothers at the top, travelling, living like kings, spending 300k a week are the real bastards here. They lied to their customer's face and forced their underpaid employees to make those lies a reality, which was obviously impossible. Then they went into hiding and make the rest handle the raging mob on release day.
The brothers are cowards, like all cruel men.
dude no one cares
@Azurie-e9s You can either be a mindless sheep and follow the hate mob, or be a well-educated person with a deeper analysis on what is presented to you at face value.
Or if this is too convoluted for you to understand...I can rephrase it into something you might do: "L response"
I cant begin to imagine flying around tk villages and tribes
Dangling a couple dollars in their faces to work for free
Scamming various companies
And then running away with whatever remaining money fhey made
🙄😒@theotv5522
@Azurie-e9s
Didn’t realize there were people out there incapable of complex thought, you are the first I’ve seen.
Do yourself a favor, grow up, think a little, and maybe you might get yourself a degree some day.
Destroying is easy, creating is difficult...
What is difficult in creating shit.
The day before had survived longer than Concord. Let that sink in.
Man.... I've never watched a video from your channel before, just saw a recommendation today, and came over to watch this analysis of "The Day Before". I'm not even 5 minutes into the video, and I'm already dropping a thumbs up just because of your editing skills. Being a graphic designer for a living and videomaker myself, I can tell how much effort was put into editing all this. Much respect.
Keep up the good work.
Now, off to watch the rest of the video.
How did they lock people in an office? The journalist said there was no office.
The Day Before devs watching the first trailer: "Ohh that's the game we're making..?"
Anthem devs: "First time?"
"To this day I know nothing of Anthem except that it has jetpacks(?)"
From making the game a year before release, to not even making one.
At least anthem was a real game. The day before was also technically real, but we all know they slapped that together in a few months and it wasn't in development for as long as I said it was.
I don't think they ever even had any devs
@maxkozak9702 Not when the first trailer dropped. The first Anthem trailer was made before the games development had even started and any of the devs knowing they were going to make it.
The attention to detail in how the memes have been updated with relevant wording is *chef's kiss*
Flash News, FNTASTIC is back and they want more money.
fantastic... who doesnt?
7:12 I like the reveal tho
We have internet historian at home type beat
Big boss has done something impossible for RUclips, he read how to pronounce Russian surnames. Amazing.
These guys are technically yakuts, but yeah
@thecandlemaker1329 Yakutsk is the capital city of the Sakha Republic. Sakha is a region in Russia. They must be Russian
@bigbalticbox Don't be daft. There's a lot more nationalities in Russia than the Russians themselves. Some would beat you up for calling them Russian.
@bigbalticboxBut it's an autonomous region.
@thecandlemaker1329 he's talking about a surname, not an ethnicity
still lasted longer than concord lmao
i feel like Big Boss has taught me more of this game than anyone else
Zombie mobile games from circa-2011 will always be goated
Wow, thats a fuck up of significant proportions. Good thing they paid themselves 200k.
A year.
@JustMonikaOk sry, edited, where I come from, salaries are displayed in monthly payments, not yearly.
Update!
One day I saw an article that said that they saw one player online in this stream while this game is shut down and they don't know how he able to play this game while this game is shutdown
Edit: i saw this article on last week
Well at least the game lasted one day more than a certain British Prime Minister
I only heard of this game when it failed and the scam was exposed
This must be one of the craziest cases of:
„sir, the ship is sinking“
- *MAINTAIN COURSE*
born too soon to explore mars, born too late to own a home, born just in time to watch The Day Before disaster from the sidelines
Nobody cares and get lost
Watching a big boss video is like watching the next greatest movie ever.
Yo Henry Stickmin pfp!!
From a marketing perspective, this is an effective way to keep attention on your small business (studio) while you publish and promote your new small mobile game and an app.
Who's here after the brothers return with fntastic 2?
And they are back no joke
DrDisrespect being involved in this video makes it 100x funnier lmao
I just started watching, how is he involved
He admited being a pdf file @cryrpwastaken
@cryrpwastakenEdit your comment to "I just watched the whole video, now I see how"
@146cfjhsr shut up holy fuck
@cryrpwastaken aside from playing this game, he was exposed and later admitted to asking minors for nudes.
My favorite era of internet history was the following month after this game's release.
Great times.
this game was active for more days than concord was 🤣
i love how you put the part with the word "minor" at 26:22 next to drdisrespect
@146cfjhsr yes
that concord video is gonna go crazy
The trailer is like watching your wedding video after your divorce
I swear, these videos are a must-watch for the editing alone! 🤣
Top-notch quality. Keep up the good work. ✌
I never heard of this game, and now I can see why people were very concerned about Wukong's trailers until there was actual, real gameplay shown.
19:50 I would never imagine someone ever referencing "Irish Postman Pat" ever 😂😂😂
Brooooo! That brought back so many memories
