With the Volatility comes huge gains if u Buy n Hold, Buy low sell high, Take profits along the way. Think long term, Buy when markets are down, do research don't panic Buy don't panic sell and Dollar Cross Average in and out as you will never get the Top or bottom.
But you never take a profit if you don’t trade/sell. So when you go to sell, what if nobody wants to buy? And if you do sell, how do you enforce a payout? These are the contraptions that has made the traditional market be reliable and lasting.

They are trying to explain away something that has been going on for years now. It's starting to threaten the financial industry.
