I walked as many streets of this Japanese seaside city as much as I could, famous for hot springs and sushi, until I found Iwao. He is a welcoming and friendly old barber in a classic Japanese barbershop.
Japanese barber Iwao agreed to shave me. He went to work quickly on shaving my face, my ears, giving me ASMR tapping sounds, a skin tightening machine therapy, and a facial and mask. This barber video will make you go to sleep and relax. The sounds are so real.
This is the ultimate classic barber experience for me, and I am grateful. He has been a barber for over 50 years. His wife works beside him always.
