I made this tune in march 2010, inspired by my life itself. (true story at ze title).
I wanted to try some ambient/melodic breakcore influences in combination with the hard and fast kicks of my Speedcore. It resulted in this tune.
The timing was perfect for the upcoming compilation on Splitterblast Records which will focus on sampling songs from the 80's. It will soon be out for free download there!
I made this tune with Fruity Loops 9, but can't take credit for the melody which was taken from Mike Oldfield's To France (1984). Neither can I take credit for the picture which was made by K.H.D.

Dude!!! I love it. I think you should continue your mixing of genres. It keeps the music from getting boring while keeping the true feeling of speedcore. I can say I like your mixtures of happy sounding ambient better than just pure speedcore. After a while, the complete repetitiveness just usually gets boring. Not with you though man.

I used to have a CD that had this Oldfield track on it and another one they used in a chase scene in bassie and adriaan. Can't find that track nowhere though.
