Just transitioning from gas to Weber kettle. This channel is EXACTLY what I was looking for. No fancy/expensive gadgets. Just practical, clear concise information for a novice charcoal griller like myself! Subscribed!
Thank you for the tips sir! I want to make a good bbq for my family so me and my best friend are going to do some test trials and learning sessions first. I bought the slow and sear to half-up the charcoal on my jumbo 18 inch Weber. I still need to buy more accessories but I hope it goes well! Once again thank you for the tutorials.
That is great! The most important thing to remember is to have fun! Keep a part of the grill area as a 'safe zone' with no coals underneath it so you can pull your food there if things start to get out of control. But most of all - just do it and before you know it you will be an expert! Enjoy...
Hola - I am still here and doing well! I have been focused on other priorities but I plan on getting refocused and posting some new content in the near future. Hope you enjoy what I have on the channel so far.
