I remember with my first breakup, gaming was my personal escape. It allowed me to temporarily put my mind out of the cycle of depression and self-doubt. While it’s unhealthy to put too much time in them, I think games are a truly under appreciated thing for the positive effects they can bring.
Nice one Freddie, the distraction of gaming is a well understood antidote to depression.......unless its an Elden Ring boss.....then its double heaps of depression with a dash of anger!
Another masterpiece! I genuinely love this man's work! I still play the covid one sometimes when I'm down. His art style combined with his humor has this amazing unique tone that I haven't seen anywhere else. I would pay to get him a TV series if I could! I'll be proud to say I was here before he hit a million.

what I learnt... drinking everyday just prolongs everything, I only started getting over this cheating ex a while ago AFTER I stopped drinking... and I was on a bottle or two of wine a day... for two months. There's a lot of Reddit posts about how to deal with things which helped me a lot, I hope you feel better soon :)
