@@Lawkaksha Hello, I need an advice from you. I am a freelancer web designer. I created a website for my client in USA. I have an invoice of $6000 for him which he promised to pay 6 months ago. He has been appreciating me in ever email and was happy with the services. For some reason he sold his business to some third party as a result he is not paying the invoice. Now he is saying due to poor service, I will not pay the invoice. What was he doing earlier when he promised to pay the invoice and now suddenly not...? I want to file an international commercial arbitration suit. Is it possible and how?
