@@therealcmplx Do yourself a favor if he haven't had surgery, buy an inversion bed/table and use it to stretch out your spine. You don't have to use it as total inversion, I do mine about 60-75 degrees and it just takes longer but dang it feels great. I've had a bad back for years did chiropractor and various exercises was about to breakdown doing meds or surgery until someone suggested this. I bought my first one from walmart but when I moved I decided to go used and bought the second from craigslist at the time, best investment I've made and at first did it a few times per day for 1-3 minutes but now I can go months before needing it. If you have a friend or family member that has one, try it out, and hopefully this fixes it for you.
Be careful bruh, the back ain't nothing to mess with. Hurt mine in the past and it completely put me down for a good week. Nothing works without the back.
