Yes those are real kisses and you’re right gemmy xbill I also heard the sounds of their lips when ji jin hee kissed her but this kissing scene was edited to a shorter version in the actual drama that was aired. Nonetheless, i still think that if this kissing scene was not edited, it was done in good taste and milder than the kissing scenes done by other actors in other Korean dramas. Personally, I would have preferred if it was not edited because it would have shown the love and their longing for each other after more than four years of separation. Kim Hyun Joo is my favorite actress since last year after watching this drama and so I have only watched two of her dramas and I’m currently watching Cruel Palace: War of the Flowers and video clips of her other dramas and I haven’t seen her do torrid kissing and bed scenes and I like that because I wouldn’t want her to do those kind of scenes. This kissing scene was by far, the most intimate kissing scene she has and yet it was still edited. She and Ji Jin Hee is my favorite on-screen couple and maybe, she consented to this intimate kissing scene because she is comfortable with him as they have maintained their friendship since they were first paired in 2004 in the romantic-comedy drama Miss Kim’s Million Dollar Quest. I really love them because the perfect chemistry they have and they are both very good actors. I am eagerly awaiting the airing of their 3rd teamup in Undercover which will be aired this coming April 16. I do hope they will be paired more frequently in future projects! ❤️
