Monad (from Greek μονάς monas, "singularity" in turn from μόνος monos, "alone") refers, in cosmogony, to the Supreme Being, divinity or the totality of all things. The concept was reportedly conceived by the Pythagoreans and may refer variously to a single source acting alone, or to an indivisible origin, or to both. The concept was later adopted by other philosophers, such as Gottfried Wilhelm Leibniz, who referred to the Monad as an elementary particle. It had a geometric counterpart, which was debated and discussed contemporaneously by the same groups of people. Q: Is the Monad (first emanation of God) the zero-dimensional space binding our quarks together with the strong nuclear force? A: Leibniz's "The Monadology" is a philosophical work that explores the concept of monads as indivisible, immaterial substances that make up the fabric of reality. While the notion of monads is primarily philosophical and not directly related to modern physics, I can attempt to draw a connection between some of Leibniz's ideas and the strong nuclear force holding quarks together. Here are seven points of connection you could consider: 1) Indivisibility and Unity: Leibniz's monads are indivisible and lack parts. In a similar vein, quarks are elementary particles, indivisible according to our current understanding, and are the building blocks of hadrons, the particles held together by the strong force. 2) Interconnectedness: Leibniz's monads are interconnected, each reflecting the entire universe from its own perspective. In particle physics, the strong force binds quarks within hadrons, creating a complex interconnected system of particles. 3) Inherent Properties: Monads possess inherent perceptions and appetitions. In particle physics, quarks are associated with intrinsic properties like color charge, which influences their interactions through the strong force. 4) Harmony: Leibniz describes monads as creating harmony in the universe. Similarly, the strong nuclear force maintains stability within atomic nuclei by balancing the repulsive electromagnetic forces between positively charged protons. 5) Pre-established Harmony: Leibniz's concept of pre-established harmony suggests that everything is synchronized by design. In particle physics, the strong force ensures that quarks interact in ways that give rise to stable particles, exhibiting a form of "harmony" in their interactions. 6) Non-Mechanical Interaction: Leibniz's monads interact non-mechanically through perceptions. In the context of the strong force, quarks interact through the exchange of gluons, which doesn't follow classical mechanical rules but rather the principles of quantum field theory. 7) Holism: Leibniz's emphasis on the holistic nature of reality could be compared to the way quarks contribute to the overall structure and behavior of hadrons through their interactions mediated by the strong force. em·a·na·tion noun an abstract but perceptible thing that issues or originates from a source.
Metaphysics Context The monad, the word and the idea, belongs to the Western philosophical tradition and has been used by various authors. Leibniz, who was exceptionally well-read, could not have ignored this, but he did not use it himself until mid-1696 when he was sending for print his New System. Apparently he found with it a convenient way to expound his own philosophy as it was elaborated in this period. What he proposed can be seen as a modification of occasionalism developed by latter-day Cartesians. Leibniz surmised that there are indefinitely many substances individually 'programmed' to act in a predetermined way, each substance being coordinated with all the others. This is the pre-established harmony which solved the mind-body problem, but at the cost of declaring any interaction between substances a mere appearance. Summary The rhetorical strategy adopted by Leibniz in The Monadology is fairly obvious as the text begins with a description of monads (proceeding from simple to complicated instances), then it turns to their principle or creator and finishes by using both to explain the world. (I) As far as Leibniz allows just one type of element in the building of the universe his system is monistic. The unique element has been 'given the general name monad or entelechy' and described as 'a simple substance' (§§1, 19). When Leibniz says that monads are 'simple,' he means that "which is one, has no parts and is therefore indivisible". Relying on the Greek etymology of the word entelechie (§18), Leibniz posits quantitative differences in perfection between monads which leads to a hierarchical ordering. The basic order is three-tiered: (1) entelechies or created monads (§48), (2) souls or entelechies with perception and memory (§19), and (3) spirits or rational souls (§82). Whatever is said about the lower ones (entelechies) is valid for the higher (souls and spirits) but not vice versa. As none of them is without a body (§72), there is a corresponding hierarchy of (1) living beings and animals (2), the latter being either non-reasonable or reasonable. The degree of perfection in each case corresponds to cognitive abilities and only spirits or reasonable animals are able to grasp the ideas of both the world and its creator. Some monads have power over others because they can perceive with greater clarity, but primarily, one monad is said to dominate another if it contains the reasons for the actions of other(s). Leibniz believed that any body, such as the body of an animal or man, has one dominant monad which controls the others within it. This dominant monad is often referred to as the soul. (II) God is also said to be a simple substance (§47) but it is the only one necessary (§§38-9) and without a body attached (§72). Monads perceive others "with varying degrees of clarity, except for God, who perceives all monads with utter clarity". God could take any and all perspectives, knowing of both potentiality and actuality. As well as that God in all his power would know the universe from each of the infinite perspectives at the same time, and so his perspectives-his thoughts-"simply are monads". Creation is a permanent state, thus "[monads] are generated, so to speak, by continual fulgurations of the Divinity" (§47). Any perfection comes from being created while imperfection is a limitation of nature (§42). The monads are unaffected by each other, but each have a unique way of expressing themselves in the universe, in accordance with God's infinite will. (III) Composite substances or matter are "actually sub-divided without end" and have the properties of their infinitesimal parts (§65). A notorious passage (§67) explains that "each portion of matter can be conceived as like a garden full of plants, or like a pond full of fish. But each branch of a plant, each organ of an animal, each drop of its bodily fluids is also a similar garden or a similar pond". There are no interactions between different monads nor between entelechies and their bodies but everything is regulated by the pre-established harmony (§§78-9). Much like how one clock may be in synchronicity with another, but the first clock is not caused by the second (or vice versa), rather they are only keeping the same time because the last person to wind them set them to the same time. So it is with monads; they may seem to cause each other, but rather they are, in a sense, "wound" by God's pre-established harmony, and thus appear to be in synchronicity. Leibniz concludes that "if we could understand the order of the universe well enough, we would find that it surpasses all the wishes of the wisest people, and that it is impossible to make it better than it is-not merely in respect of the whole in general, but also in respect of ourselves in particular" (§90). In his day, atoms were proposed to be the smallest division of matter. Within Leibniz's theory, however, substances are not technically real, so monads are not the smallest part of matter, rather they are the only things which are, in fact, real. To Leibniz, space and time were an illusion, and likewise substance itself. The only things that could be called real were utterly simple beings of psychic activity "endowed with perception and appetite." The other objects, which we call matter, are merely phenomena of these simple perceivers. "Leibniz says, 'I don't really eliminate body, but reduce [revoco] it to what it is. For I show that corporeal mass [massa], which is thought to have something over and above simple substances, is not a substance, but a phenomenon resulting from simple substances, which alone have unity and absolute reality.' (G II 275/AG 181)" Leibniz's philosophy is sometimes called "'panpsychic idealism' because these substances are psychic rather than material". That is to say, they are mind-like substances, not possessing spatial reality. "In other words, in the Leibnizian monadology, simple substances are mind-like entities that do not, strictly speaking, exist in space but that represent the universe from a unique perspective." It is the harmony between the perceptions of the monads which creates what we call substances, but that does not mean the substances are real in and of themselves. (IV) Leibniz uses his theory of Monads to support his argument that we live in the best of all possible worlds. He uses his basis of perception but not interaction among monads to explain that all monads must draw their essence from one ultimate monad. He then claims that this ultimate monad would be God because a monad is a “simple substance” and God is simplest of all substances, He cannot be broken down any further. This means that all monads perceive “with varying degrees of perception, except for God, who perceives all monads with utter clarity”. This superior perception of God then would apply in much the same way that he says a dominant monad controls our soul, all other monads associated with it would, essentially, shade themselves towards Him. With all monads being created by the ultimate monad and shading themselves in the image of this ultimate monad, Leibniz argues that it would be impossible to conceive of a more perfect world because all things in the world are created by and imitating the best possible monad.
[2D is not the center of the universe, 0D is the center of the mirror universe]: The mirror universe theory is based on the concept of parity violation, which was discovered in the 1950s. Parity violation refers to the observation that certain processes in particle physics don't behave the same way when their coordinates are reversed. This discovery led to the idea that there might be a mirror image of our universe where particles and their properties are flipped. In this mirror universe, the fundamental particles that make up matter, such as electrons, protons, and neutrinos, would have their charges reversed. For example, in our universe, electrons have a negative charge, but in the mirror universe, they might have a positive charge. Furthermore, another aspect of the mirror universe theory involves chirality, which refers to the property of particles behaving differently from their mirror images. In our universe, particles have a certain handedness or chirality, but in the mirror universe, this chirality could be reversed. Leibniz or Newton: Quantum mechanics is more compatible with Leibniz's relational view of the universe than Newton's absolute view of the universe. In Newton's absolute view, space and time are absolute and independent entities that exist on their own, independent of the objects and events that take place within them. This view implies that there is a privileged observer who can observe the universe from a neutral and objective perspective. On the other hand, Leibniz's relational view holds that space and time are not absolute, but are instead relational concepts that are defined by the relationships between objects and events in the universe. This view implies that there is no privileged observer and that observations are always made from a particular point of view. Quantum mechanics is more compatible with the relational view because it emphasizes the role of observers and the context of measurement in determining the properties of particles. In quantum mechanics, the properties of particles are not absolute, but are instead defined by their relationships with other particles and the measuring apparatus. This means that observations are always made from a particular point of view and that there is no neutral and objective perspective. Overall, quantum mechanics suggests that the universe is fundamentally relational rather than absolute, and is therefore more compatible with Leibniz's relational view than Newton's absolute view. What are the two kinds of truth according to Leibniz? There are two kinds of truths, those of reasoning and those of fact. Truths of fact are contingent and their opposite is possible. Truths of reasoning are necessary and their opposite is impossible. What is the difference between Newton and Leibniz calculus? Newton's calculus is about functions. Leibniz's calculus is about relations defined by constraints. In Newton's calculus, there is (what would now be called) a limit built into every operation. In Leibniz's calculus, the limit is a separate operation. What are the arguments against Leibniz? Critics of Leibniz argue that the world contains an amount of suffering too great to permit belief in philosophical optimism. The claim that we live in the best of all possible worlds drew scorn most notably from Voltaire, who lampooned it in his comic novella Candide.
How you can state something so plain and obvious, yet initiate so many beautiful questions and reveal mysteries within the standard view of reality is an art form in itself.
I whole-heartedly second this love of Steiner, and the way you wove his teachings into Young's and Jung's, and science, was masterful. Definitely one of the best versions of this type of knowledge (that I've seen) Thank you @@Formscapes. Have been avidly following your work as you've developed, and when I saw you had one with Steiner, it was actually exciting. Keep up the great work and hope you do more Steiner as his work can be hard to interpret, I but feel you really not only understand it, but also communicate it clearly for a modern audience.
@@casey7255 Currently the game-plan for the channel breaks down as follows; Build up necessary groundwork for finally addressing the Integral consciousness structure and finishing up the Gebser series Use Integral as a segway into Steiner's conception of spiritual consciousness Use Sheldrake and electric universe theory to interpret Steiner's cosmological vision. When it is said that EVERYTHING exists in the duat (the dual) in all things. It is exactly what it means. Every grain of sand , every planet, every atom or quark, exist only by the dual. The sooner we approach every situation or problem with this base understanding the farther our leaps and bound will be. Nicely done, my friend.
One of the best '-scapes' I ever came across. The quality of content, the visuals and, most of all, your crystal clear voice opens up a sound mind for a new kind of perception. Magnificent!
Your ability to clearly articulate concepts and break them down in such a way that it makes them easy to digest and integrate is masterful. Thank you 🙏
I could not agree more, sources are important to anyone who likes to check the work of, or someone who goes back to soak it in. This channel is such a gem, it has to be my favorite channel on YT. I'm going to have to do Patreon one of these days, excellent content and all of these subjects are always what I'm into anyways.
Just signed up to your patreon, which I have never done before. I really need these videos they are so stimulating and keep me on track with my favorite interests when reading a lot is not an option. THANK YOU.
Love your work, subbed! I’ve been diving deep into reality, human consciousness, matter, hermeticism, and the like. Donald Hoffmann’s “case against reality” is especially interesting- suggesting that physical reality itself is a mental construct. Interesting stuff! 👍
I find it really interesting that even Crystals can have a kind of "memory", where older crystalline substances like natural compounds crystallize faster compared to newly invented substances that has to be crushed and re-crystallized over and over in order for them to start to do this. 🙂
A wonderful companion to this inspiringly brilliant presentation would be an immersion into Vedic philosophy/science. Perhaps especially Adveita Vedanta. Dissolving the “observing” “subject” brings boundless profundity to Arthur Young and Rudolph Steiner. Thank you for your immense work!
the wisdom lives in the light. I find really meaningfull that your are trying to build the conceptual bridges between classic steinerian view of scientific ideas and the world of today. Always felt, and I said it with purpose, that today's anthroposophy is "fighting" an "enemy" (science) that doesn't exist anymore in the way it was in Steiner times. Science has come a long way since Steiner and his view of the world has to be revisited in the light of science of today. The crystallised version of those thought is what live deep in the core of today's anthroposophy, but Steiner core principles beyond anthroposophy are so much more. The perspective on your thoughts in your channel always gives me a smile that at least there is someone trying to put all these into something intelligible for anyone, thank you for that.
The idea of the four realms, of which the forth one is the one with the least amount of actual freedom, actually reminds me of the relationship between a pencil (maybe being a representative of the second or third realm) and a computer (being a representative of the third or forth realm, respectively). The former one ensures more freedom of expression, while with the latter one you are much more bound to technical ties, which at least in the beginning may reduce your ability of expression. It's just one more example of the social developments you already mentioned in the video. It seems also somehow with simple tools you can achieve complex structures, and with complex tools you often can mostly build simple structures.
Excellent observation. I hadn't even thought of that. Certain systems of thinking - Like Young's - are so compelling bc once you get a feel for them, you start seeing examples all around you.
Nice. I think you just spelled out exactly what AI & chatbots are going to give us -- efficiency, ease of effort, yes, but less and less control and freedom, therefore lack of creativity.
This was so well done!!! Thank you so much for your time and effort to share such important alchemical details of physics as it pertains to the development of the consciousness in quantum and material growth. What a blessing!!
@@Formscapes no, thank you!! I appreciate your mansplaining the hard concepts of the masters. Language is the greatest hindrance in my opinion to shared knowledge.
Beautifully done, such a coherent connecting of the dots. Now you just need to factor in the role of love into the equation, and you'll answer all of the why questions. Love or unselfishness, the desire of God to exist as and share itself with an other, can be understood as the primary driving force of all processes, the animating principle.
I don't agree with everything you say on here, but you're consistently one of the most interesting channels I've found on here and you've helped introduce me to some truly profound thinkers. Keep it up dude!
I'd like to add my $0.02. These concepts appear to be very much inspired by the Genesis account of creation. Before I do that I want to offer my gratitude for what you are doing and how you've spent your time in life in order to be able to do this. Thank you. Returning to a world view of an organic universe is our only hope. The idea that the universe is alive is the only idea that can hope to pull us out of the current dilemma. Materialism must die. The dead cannot beget the living and furthermore to buy into materialism we must deny our own eyes on a continual basis. The idea that this place is some magnificent exception to the rule is highly absurd. In the Genesis account it reads that the Spirit of God was upon the face of the deep and God said let there be light. This of course is the 1st day. This deep does signify the great mother goddess tiamat you spoke of earlier. It is important to note here that there isn't ever any mention of God ever creating the deep or the primordial waters. The idea in the Hebrew takes it further and this act of hovering over the waters translates as cherished. What we are presented with here is this idea of a matrimonial union between spirit and water which produces the offspring light. And so we see light as the 1st born. This is important when we later read such things as Christ saying, "I am the light." He is distinctly referring to himself as the first born son. Now I know this doesn't fit our current understanding because of course water is a molecule but that is indeed the order of operation given. I would like to also offer this deduction. God spoke to the water as there was nothing else at this point it reasons that the waters submitted. It was not an act of domination but union. Light is the consubstantiation of spirit and water. Which if you truly think about how it behaves makes a lot of sense. The Supernal triad is Father Spirit, Mother Water, Offspring Light. Then air comes next, then earth and so the rest of the family is begotten from these. There also seems to be strong parallels to the layers Of consciousness you've presented . ThE magic and mythical in particular. Thanks again.

From heavenly symposium to singularity The forces that hold atoms together… what intelligence made these mechanics so? And further more spun themselves into beings with identity, it reinforces my belief in God. Not necessarily in a religious way but in a sort of knowing that makes light behave different when watched. It’s something wonderous about existing at all but even more of a blessing to be self aware it’s these mechanics you are talking of flipped back on itself. A correspondence It’s something I could always see it in my head when I was little but could never explain it
To make it easier for scientists and other learned folks I always talk about probability waves. That the spiritual and metaphysical is really just a state of what they call “Probability Waves” aka the particle as a wave function. Our consciousness can do the same thing those particles do. We are a probability, we are potential and potentiality. And when we reverent back to that state we can see and be all things that ever were or could be. All is nothing, nothing is all. And that all things are an expression of that Potential. Those “quantum effects” are natural, they are quite literally super-natural. That’s as real as it gets, that state. Because it is the state of everything, it is everything, yet it’s nothing at all when we look for it which is wild…The two most extreme probabilities, something, and nothing at all. Order and chaos. Above, below.
I'm currently developing a thaumatology for the setting and story I'm writing and it's pretty incredible how much cohesion there is between ancient and modern metaphysics. Obviously they've evolved, but modern views still account for scientific discoveries and that's remarkable! I'm making progress on my own framework, but I still find a lot of inspiration from your videos. I hope you can explore more of the connections between things like alchemy and modern process philosophy. Those are the two I find the most fascinating but forming direct relations isn't simple. For example, air and fire both being confusingly associated with the supernal and formless. The way it seems to me is that air/astral forms are sorted of precipitated down to the self while fire/mental forms are transformed or revealed by the self. Is that close?

at the minute 32.40 there is a mistake with colors and symbols of the element. the brown one which should be earth is the one with the line in the middle, and water should have no line
Action folds into matter and matter unfolds into action. The absolute unfolds into the infinite potential particulars and then back into the absolute. Oscillating between sufficiency and insufficiency. This is the first time that I hear anyone else speak of such things. Good chance I have the answers to some of your questions brother.
Atoms are merely photons in a shell. At the center of an atom, within the nucleus is only vibratory space. Photons become matter. The question I'd like answered is, who or what sets the program vibration, and how may I manipulate, reprogram, switch, etc the vibratory space?
Great videos, I really enjoy these and Anthony Metivier and Quasi Johir , to name a few. 32:22 Is there a reason you draw the Elemental Triangle for Water as a descending triangle with a Line through it, and Earth without a line through it? I am for some reason always finding variations in this system which make it uncertain to me.
btw .. I've accrued info on 4 Element systems for a long time and some of them are referring to something different. In the ancient biblical, the Air is of mind and thought, but of a lower and more reactional nature that influences the realm of actions through something like 'emotional force even though it can be guided by rationality'. The Water , instead of "emotions", is an "upper-mind" , an inner moment of pure judgement that can show us the true intent of our given intentions and their goodness. Fire in some systems is the passionate or firey emotions, or simply a rating of how much caloric energy something has to expend and cause change, on any level, including procreative or destructive. In others since the Fire of action is in a sense 'pure' and part of a structure which gives the opportunity for growth and consciousness, the Fire spirits are instead the most refined, they come the closest to realizing consequences in the manner of humans. Each of the 4 elemental areas is supposed to have come to near-conscious perfection, just before they give over to the larger cooperation necessary to make You a human event. Gnomes are the inner structure which discover and promotes anything of value to the rest of the system, they are somewhat different, somewhat weird, always having about half of their functioning in the hidden cthonic. the Slyph are rudimentary judgement systems, they are a competitive society in the sort of busy-body sense, where they have figured out how to "rise" in ideas, to compare and compete and consider, but somewhat petty and with potential to undermine an otherwise good idea. They have a natural reaction to "fly above" but in a somewhat automated way, and somewhat convinced of it's own importance ... unlike a gnome, a sylph / fairy can get carried away , obsessed. The land of the sylphs is sort of like a proto-rational land that every idea must survive to make it to you, through all the arbitrary misapplications of the mind and society. The males are idealistic and passionate, but the feminine aspect is surprisingly primitive and more prone to attack. Water Undines are for the most part considered to be your relationship with both the Memory System, and the higher and subtler ways of accessing it and it's inspirations and abilities, so, more tied into things like the depth of the beauty of music and musical ability than we now think of when we practice with our Memory. Everything is memory, or almost everything. The Salamanders of Fire were your trained actions, I already mentioned their two major modes of interpretation, basically, functional , with no intent except your use, or 'holy', somehow part of or participating in the attempt to understand the greater good and grow toward it. These inner 'creatures' were given absurd descriptions, I'm not really sure why, but the descriptors that say the cover is purposefully childish is nearly as old as the metaphor itself. They are your automatic functioning support system, which can be 'trained' ... your intelligence is not only in your head. It is in ganglion at many stages along your nerve fibers, starting with rudimentary intelligence such as to pull back from fire or funny bone, and then progressively becoming more refined or informed until it is ready to be a functioning part of consciousness. or the functioning of the memory system one might more fruitfully see as a 'relationship' . ... as there is no way to force such information to suddenly come to mind, no lever to pull that responds to physical effort. No real control over the depth of feeling and understanding it informs you with . The primary and first difference seems to be in Earth. In the Vedic structures, Earth is more associated with the Body, and what you Eat, even the gut itself, and hatha Yoga in the physical aspects. In the remains of the Western system, the Gnomes are something different. So, Earth is all messed up and peculiar, Air and Water are sometimes switched, and Fire seems to have two nearly opposite influences from 'east to west'. This is about as close as I've come to straightening it out. Supposedly these archtypes cames from the Folk Triumphs, the informal illegal parades that would occur after the parades of the conquerors, eg the Romans, where the 'folk' would risk running into the streets with their own symbols after the romans had passed, to undermine and to mock indirectly, but using association and sarcasm to avoid overt statement. And then found it's way into parts of the biblical structures, although those were a bit to the south, and into Shakespear and other particular descriptions like the Count de Gabalis, that adhere to the peculiar descriptions that seems to offer up these elementals as pre-cursors and assistants to the Soul. If you did for some reason read this, have you notice this disparity, do you think they are from two different systems, Western / Celtic / 'Pagan' influence, vs the Eastern conception of the Elements. Or another way to phrase it : what s up with those gnomes, what are these 'gems' they supposedly constantly mine, and why are they considered the easiest to control ? @@Formscapes
Im curious if you posit some fundamental laws such as Leibniz's "Compossibility" where the degree of freedom for level 1/7 Is limited by what already exists (so it has to be compatible and possible)?
It’s just a thought but I was wondering if the appearance of string theory would add another level to the model. Especially for the entities through history that couldn’t be explained, so we’re instead turnt to myth; such as Gods, daemons, and etc.
Correct train of though. Wrong theory, imo. String theory has largely fallen out of favor even among academic physicists over the past two decades, as the models of string theory are so heavily reliant upon mathematical abstraction that they are capable of accounting for virtually any possible universe; this means that string theory cannot make predictions about our world, which means if it is true, then it's true in a way that is so general that it is completely irrelevant to what our actual universe is actually like. With Morphic Resonance Theory and Whitehead's cosmological scheme, that's a very different story, as I've explored in some of my previous videos.
If you ask the question of what is this to any thing in existence it will always end at the answer of nothing. What is sound? A frequency. What is a frequency? Selective vibrations. What are vibrations? So on and so on. Till the final answer is nothing. You are that. None other than the one aware of nothing. The one unmanifest consciousness, the ultimate reality. First you become conscious of being the body. Then you realize you cant be because you are aware of it, you are observing it. Then you believe you are your thoughts or mind. But that cant be because you dont disappear when the images and words stop. Then you believe yourself to be consciousness, the empty space in between the words and images. Then you realize, you are watching that said consciousness. Then you attempt to do the same process of observation and realize you have found who you are. For no matter how hard you try, you can never observe the one who observes consciousness. Finally leaving you at the realization, you are the one with no concepts, parabramhan. That realization is what the great sages called self realization or enlightenment. You are the one and only, your desire for self expression has created this world of perceived duality, your imagination and beliefs is what shapes this world. You are that beyond God and all conceptions of self. Even to call you parabramhan is an insult as you can never express in words who you are, the infinite.

Interesting. In "deciding for ourselves what to believe" i wonder if that's a useful strategy. Personally, i only have to ask myself whether a particular piece of information is actual "knowledge" or if it is not. Then i just have to be honest when I answer the question. Im unable to "decide" in that respect. It's a strange concept, "belief" . I believe what im able to know and understand, but that's like saying 'i see what I look at '. Kind of redundant. At the core of it, i can only approximate to some degree that I exist at all, but to that extent, i believe i do. For every other example, i can only approximate to the best of my ability. So I understand the practicality of believing things. I just never thought of it as a decision. Words can only go so far as to describe the impression that reality casts towards us. Im not sure that im able to truly believe anything to a perfect resolution. I doubt it. I enjoyed your video. Thank you!

Here are seven points of connection you could consider:
1) Indivisibility and Unity: Leibniz's monads are indivisible and lack parts.

Context
The monad, the word and the idea, belongs to the Western philosophical tradition and has been used by various authors.
Summary
The rhetorical strategy adopted by Leibniz in The Monadology is fairly obvious as the text begins with a description of monads (proceeding from simple to complicated instances),
then it turns to their principle or creator and
finishes by using both to explain the world.
The basic order is three-tiered:
(1) entelechies or created monads (§48),
(2) souls or entelechies with perception and memory (§19), and
(3) spirits or rational souls (§82).
Whatever is said about the lower ones (entelechies) is valid for the higher (souls and spirits) but not vice versa. As none of them is without a body (§72), there is a corresponding hierarchy of
(1) living beings and animals
(2), the latter being either non-reasonable or reasonable.
The only things that could be called real were utterly simple beings of psychic activity "endowed with perception and appetite."
The other objects, which we call matter, are merely phenomena of these simple perceivers.
[2D is not the center of the universe,
0D is the center of the mirror universe]:
The mirror universe theory is based on the concept of parity violation, which was discovered in the 1950s.
Leibniz or Newton:
Quantum mechanics is more compatible with Leibniz's relational view of the universe than Newton's absolute view of the universe.

I find it really interesting that even Crystals can have a kind of "memory", where older crystalline substances like natural compounds crystallize faster compared to newly invented substances that has to be crushed and re-crystallized over and over in order for them to start to do this. 🙂

the wisdom lives in the light.

If everyone agreed with me, I'd have to go find even more outrageous beliefs just to keep ahead of the curve

From heavenly symposium to singularity
The forces that hold atoms together… what intelligence made these mechanics so? And further more spun themselves into beings with identity, it reinforces my belief in God. Not necessarily in a religious way but in a sort of knowing that makes light behave different when watched. It’s something wonderous about existing at all but even more of a blessing to be self aware it’s these mechanics you are talking of flipped back on itself. A correspondence
It’s something I could always see it in my head when I was little but could never explain it
To make it easier for scientists and other learned folks I always talk about probability waves.
Stunningly educational

32:22 Is there a reason you draw the Elemental Triangle for Water as a descending triangle with a Line through it, and Earth without a line through it?
I am for some reason always finding variations in this system which make it uncertain to me.
No lol I just used an image from google and didn't notice until the video was already uploaded ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Nice presentation 👍
Thank you! Cheers!
At school watching Formscapes videos letsssgoo🙏💸😻🗣️🤝
😎👉👉
excellent
I also never expected to be graced by a treatise on Steiner's work, but I can't say I'm disappointed either
What I presented is **barely** the tip of the iceberg with Steiner. There's alot more left to be said, to put it mildly.
Fantastic!
Thank you!
Hello, thank you so much for all your work. Do you know about René Guénon? If so, what do you think about his work? Take care!
I've been meaning to look into his work on symbolism for a while now but I've got a stack of other books to get through atm. Hopefully I'll get around to him soon-ish.
@Formscapes I can imagine you have a lot to read about, yeah. I especially recommend "Introduction to the Study of the Hindu doctrines" (1921), it contains not only an exposition of Hinduism but also a general introduction to "Tradition" in a very detailed and technical sense.
Well done. My immediate thoughts pertain to the 4 worlds of the Qabalist and the sword/serpent paths through the Tree of Life. Your message continues to gift new and vital correspondences to this already fecund framework. The Synchro-mystic art has a new voice & I feel like it’s the 2010s after discovering Steve Wilner and Labyrinth of the Psychonaut! Thanks
Awesome. Thanks for watching!
Brilliant! ❤
Thank you!
You're welcome!
Beautiful
Another great presentation. In your videos, we often come across thinkers who went against widely held ideas. In this theme, I am curious if you know of professor Sam Carey...and his expanding earth theory. Not really a philosopher in the normal sense but maybe a great topic if you did a series on "underdogs of science " or some such title. Just throwing ideas out there. Thanks again for your great content.
I've heard of the expanding earth thing. I'm probably going to address that whenever I get around to talking about electric universe theory and electrical geology.
@@Formscapes great. The more that idea spreads, the better things will be... Spengler predicted that our civilization would unlock the secrets to the universe, but that it would be right before our collapse. No one will be left who understand those great discoveries. I, for one, count myself as fortunate that I am alive to see some secrets of the universe revealed as well as some real collapse stuff. Exciting times.

I also find this relationship interesting
Fire - Plasma
Water - Liquids
Earth - Solids
Air - Gases
Ohhh hello …☺️
I am also a long time learner, and Rudolph Steiner is a favourite. As is Manly P Hall….
I just recently discovered Manly Hall actually.
Aye man im definitely a fan of this stuff here, it’s actually the basis of a lot of my art. How the meta becomes matter
How the in the void came purpose. Each and every thing and each and everyone of us…
25:06 are those petrified tissue?? I can excellent vid 👌👌
Nah I'm pretty sure those are modern recreations, not actual artifacts. They look cool tho lol
We are the particles of light that illuminate itself.
5:15 i can easily imagine Newton huffing on one of these bad boys
The American Pragmatist Philosopher William James said that he only understood Hegel after doing a bunch of Nitrous Oxide (Whippets).
Like actually. He wrote about it lol
As a person who has done Whippets and also read Hegel, I understand completely what James meant.
7:20 that sounds like the stance what came first. The chicken or egg?
Great wisdom😊👍
Thank you!
Name of music please in the beginning ?
Made it myself for the intro. It doesn't have a title
Would it be ok for you if I translate the video to German and put it in my channel? There is unfortunately no German-language material on YT about Arthur Young and you have once again delivered great work. Of course I would link your channel and the original video in the description.
Yeah that's great. Go for it
@@Formscapes Awesome! Thank you.

Thank you!
Masterpiece 🙏
Thank you!
Have you talked about Walter Russell at all? I'm new to your channel
Not yet but I've gotten a few recommendation to look into his ideas so I'll get around to that sooner or later.
sensation is the illusion of the world without senses we have no way to tell if we exist or not.
