আদা, রসুন, পিঁয়াজ ছাড়া সম্পূর্ণ নিরামিষ পদ্ধতিতে এইভাবে একবার দই পটল বানিয়ে দেখুন

দই পটল বানানোর জন্য আমাদের যা যা উপকরণ লাগছে
উপকরণ :-
১) ৫০ গ্রামের থেকে একটু বেশি টক দই
২) আটটার মতো পটল নিয়েছি
২) হাফ কাপ সাদা তেল
৪) দু'চামচ ঘি
৫) ফোড়নের জন্য লাগছে গোটা জিরে আর একটা শুকনো লঙ্কা
৬) পেস্ট বানাতে আমাদের লাগছে আট থেকে দশটা কাজুবাদাম, এক চামচ চার মগজ , এক চামচ পোস্ত
৭) এক চামচ চিনি
৮) স্বাদমতো নুন
৯) এক চিমটি কাশ্মীরি লঙ্কার গুঁড়ো
১০) এক চিমটি হলুদ গুঁড়ো
