Ok. I am just wrapping up my first kvk with a seige march. I started it week one of kvk. While the fighting was still taking place I had Margaret at 5311 and Gonzalo at 5111. Purple and blue equipment. I still managed to average about a plus 1.8 in trades, which is amazing for such a low investment. So, now that kvk fighting has been over since about day 39, I have Margaret at 5511 and Gonzalo at 5411. Four legendary, one purple helm and blue chest piece with Dalanes Amulet. I won't know the full effect of my current upgrades till next kvk, but I will horde everything till then. If the early fighting shows at least a 2.5 to 1 in trades, I am willing to go all in. I believe that it will. By the way, even at 5511 with the four legendary peices, I've jumped into the top 15 in my KD canyon. I was hovering around #25 for months. Thx!
After playing my first kvk as main siege, I think the worst part of it is being quite useless when fighting at a gate and not being able to target structures. Other than that, it's awesome. Every ball fights we had I got incredible trades. Very good at defending territory. I hide them behind allied cities and most of the time they can't target me properly or even see what's hitting them. I think siege should be able to hit cities, flags and any other structure really, even if with some disadvantage. I used it against rallies and even if I trade bad it was good to put a -40% defense debuff on them.
It is still much more effective to target yourself as you will hit them earlier, AND you can find the weakest one or lowest health to activate if you have a special armament that requires that.

Still in kvk2 😂 but will be ready for kvk3 margareth lvl50 3111 (want to get her heads in the event) and gordoba is 5311... have 40 days more to play :D Btw just a question... when your positioning is always perfect you only get counterattack damage right? So you have less wounded troops = less investment every kvk.. or am i wrong? 😅
Hi Mr Siege, i was checking out which pairs of commander in V formation for the other types of troops would work best. I'm slowly shifting towards being a main sieges myself from being a main infantry. Didn't try in a real fighting yet and it's only theoretical, but i can see Alex primary with scipio for example in V formation having the potential to have positive trades despite being without their actives. I did fully develop the talents attack and the left side of infantry on alex for my first experiments. The idea is that they might be useful against city jumpers and in case of big brawls where you can't click anything gain an extra value from other marchers. What do you think? and what pairing for cavalry and archers could work in V formation?
Hi sorry I read this yesterday but didn’t get chance to respond, yes a lot of marches will trade positive from just the counterattacks especially ones like pakal CM Harold etc but yeh nowhere near as good as actual engineering commanders
So, I am moving in on Seige, as a way to find greater enjoyment from ROK. I have Margaret at 5411 & Gaj at 5111. Will they work as a combination? Obviously, they need work.
Hi nice content, I'm planning to introduce 1 march of engineer, which pair u think i should have and should i wait for another commander release next? I can run only single marches of engineer that's why im thinking of skipping and wait for next-gen engineer
Your kingdom is ill-informed! We just used them to great effect in a sanctuary fight where they set up around the middle and picked off the enemy, debuffing them also

I like the auto target its really help in winning situation like in pass,flag,murderball,etc
