I have seen this in many games which is upsetting, especially with ubisoft and CD projekt. it would be appreciated if these giant companies would take a step back after their success, to spend more on rebuilding their entire engine. We really need something as physically profound as ROCKSTAR games.

They started developing and gathering assets and components that they can reuse. I am aware that rebuilding the entire physics of their engine is extremely difficult since it will take a lot of time. Still these guys have made a fortune throughout these years. This is the reason behind the success of rockstar games.

GTA had pretty terrible graphics back in the day, but everything in the world felt tangible, and everything was grounded by the same physics. GTA4 vs Sleeping Dogs is a good example during the 360/PS3 era. GTA 4 came out like 4 years before Sleeping dogs, but had the "feel" you wanted from the current genre whereas Sleeping Dogs felt like a "cheaper experience." even though I loved Sleeing Dogs and have played through it multiple times. I still just think they made this game to difficult, first off you're supposed to be a super hero a strong ass person but these AI and beat the shit out of you on EASY! the dodging is dumb they should of put the spiderman aspects of dodging into it and should of added a easier parry move. the biggest issue of all is the items don't change your characters appearance I personally think that is the worst part about this game. I pre ordered this game by the way and played it for months to really get a handle of what I thought about it so I played it for a while to develop these opinions and am glad people are still enjoying it cause it's a great concept just didn't playout the way I thought it would.
all of these games should take what batman arkham city does with combat and build on it. there is no reason to deviate to make something that looks floaty AF and redundant.

game is interesting but i dont like how boxed the land looks reminds me of a 2010 game; i want more detail on the ground the bushes the animals the trees and i want black panther to have a mode where he runs much faster and can swing from trees more instead of having like one scene.
I don't like it, the character doesn't blend with the environment, like have some detachment, I have seen almost all new games have this problem, if you play Zelda BOTW, GTA series, RDR, or the witcher III the games have a nice blend with the environment, I don't know what makes the games feel like that, maybe the light ambient or what?
