Just simply for the fact that you don't have to build your own farms by hand is going to drastically change everyrhing about farming. Jacob's contests are going to drastically change. The prices on everything is going to go haywire

when you first buy a plot, you have to clean up the field, after every time you reset it, you have to clean it up again, although it may have changed
