I don't know of any disease in my area. There is a white big that likes to eat the leaves but I haven't seen them in a while. I do see some trees die back when they have too much fruit.
Don't really have any issues with my Jackfruit's here, Palm Beach County area. My one Jackfruit does crack however but we just pick it and let it ripe off the tree.
