@@topkakristalna ur subconscious mind is resisting it. Try either headset or speaker. I do either one. Tell ur self it’s easy to fall asleep. Jus put it really low and focus on your slow breathing. It will help. I had trouble at first but it’s fine now. I listen during the day as well. I put it on low and set the phone somewhere in the room while I’m cleaning etc. as a motivational thing. Hope this helps🥰
And yes I use my Bluetooth hearing device which allows me to walk, do other work etc. This way is actually much more powerful for me because each affirmation is like a very loving meditation

Omg, for 2 to 3 days I've been wondering why am I getting dreams that are pointing towards solutions of my problems in my dreams. I forgot I was listening to this tape. Like rn, I just had a dream when I was shown that my sp was talking of wanting to talk to me through a friend and I got too excited and started showing off/wanting him to like me more (which is my real life problem too). Then I saw a version of myself in the dream, she had the best sc and people dying over her, obsessed. She was doing literally nothing. Is it possible that listening to Dylan s meditations could cause bad diarhoea? I am listening to them for 8 days in a row and for the last 2 or 3 days, i ve been having digestory problems without any change in my diet.
They don't cause it, is a side effect of letting go of old patterns. You have Lots of neurons in your gut. It is a good sign if you're having it, it means you're changing!
