First, Vanny basically followed William/Glitchtrap, so she does go to the Aftons' house sometimes, which is why she knows. And I know that would be kinda cringe but- the C.C here somehow managed to befriend he nightmares by threatening them that he can destroy them easily and they can't hurt him either bc he is already dead. That is why when Vanny comes to the Aftons' house she sees the nightmares.
