@Adam Barden just did acontract in combat arms. Was with RCD. Everyone is gung ho drinkin the coolaid... once you realize your in the field 4 months a year plus wainwright.... the cool factor of the army goes away REALLY fast.
I am in the joining process as well, nervous as heck but more motivated than ever!

I'm speaking out of my expertise but could we please improve the speed of the application process.
So many people I know applied (even completed the physical test) but they never got responses back from recruiters for around 6 months.
Many moved on to a different job instead
That is the reality of the Federal Government. Hurry up and wait..... You think getting claims from the Clerks once youre in will be any easier? Tee hee.
