I’m so glad that he was wearing safety glasses while filming. PPE is very important guys. If the nut ricochets at a crazy speed back or it gets stuck in the turbine and explodes in a bunch of metal shards like a shrapnel from mk II grenade, while being extremely mutilated for the rest of his life (if not dead) he’ll still have a 20/20 vision.

If it went into the turbo it would be alot more dangerous.
They have to fins that spin in opposite directions which splits the air molecules making it a turbo. This is the side where the excess air is being pushed out. And it's almost next to impossible for it to actually get stuck or damage the turbo. And not alot of velocity behind whatever it's tossing out. Like trying to push something into a fan with the guard on. Just gonna blow it away. Not suck it in

Si j'augmente la pression du turbo , pour éviter la casse du turbo , j'augmente impeu la pression d'huile. C'est un impeu plus de travail mais au moin le turbo et mieux lubrifié vue qu'il tourne encore plus vite en augmentant la pression .

wait a minute , paper gasket? if you are referring to any gaskets on the turbo itself then tou are going to have a problem especially if its not a ballbearing setup. lucky the oil running through turbos arent under pressure , they are on the return line but still you dont want oil leaking in or outside of the turbo. You should not be rebuilding turbo dude , Its a completely different story. my personal experience with Turbochargers. Replace over repair , especially nowadays theres lots of aftermarket options and 9 out of ten guys choose a much too big turbo for their engines anyhow so theres no use fitting a t66 or 74mm turbo on a small 1.6 4cylinder. okay sure ive seen honda b16 builds with 100mm or bigger turbos but they had to actually use nitrous to get the turbo to spool but thats full drag racing setups. you dont rebuild a turbo like its a carburetor on a ford. 😂

So my question would be like this , don't worry about the rebuild please my question is :
You have 3 major components like this IOI the turbo assembly in the middle symbol O the the assembly sit in the housing and on exhaust manifold now when the assembly sit on the " snail shell housing there is a paper gasket very thin that sit on the between the turbo and the housing that the one I forgot to put .
