Yeah, this seems possible and I.N is an Oracle so it makes sense for him to know the future or outcome. But even changing one thing can alter the outcome so he probably lets things happen as they are. Them doing something incognito makes sense, I mean they have a song called "Back Door." The "Tower of God" actually reminds me of SKZ's elevator concept, in that anime/manhwa/Webtoon there are levels to the tower and to reach the top the characters have to go through many different trials. The intentions of the characters are important too, the main character just wanted to find his friend. Maybe good intentions matter in the storyline too. The song "TOP" really conveys the aspect of going through trials and SKZ has been through many since before they debuted. They use an elevator to show the different trials and levels.
