Netball Court Positions

I have started doing netball training and I know the positions but not where they can go. I have played 3 main positions before which are center, goal shooter and wing attack. I'm quite short and have a hard time catching the ball without dropping it and none of the girls who train seem to want to teach me without making me feel like an idiot so this helps a lot. If I had to pick a position I would probably pick GA for it's a lot more easier for me and challenging in its own way.

Wing defense and wing attack are the same thing I normal swap out for both

What's the difference between the attack and defence?

Defence is when u STOP the OTHER team from scoring
Attack is when u try SCORE or pass to another member of your team so they can score

How can you teach starting position with the starting positions set up incorrectly? The WA is in the GA position and vice versa. Get facts straight! Individuals like you let people dont trust the internet!
