I met Carly Rae Jepsen a couple years ago too (her hair was black back then) from an appearance she made on ABC for Kelly Ripa and Michael Strahan (which is now known as Kelly and Ryan) show in the morning in which she was scheduled to be there for an interview with them to promote her television movie Grease which was a remake of the one from 1978. I sat in the front row seat in the studio and after an hour and a half, she finally showed up and I stuck my arm out to her when she came out on stage and she touched me, and then I pulled her towards me briefly. It wasn't much, it was just that one little moment with her and that was it, it was on TV too but you can't see my face (just my arm when she touched me).
