    500.gm mavaa (khoya)
    5.tspoon. maida
    5.tspoon. amul dry milk
    1.chutki. baking soda
    Mix well 😁 and rest 10. Minits
    Roast
    1.kg. soyabeen oil
    Roast gulab jamun
    Garnish
    10.chopped almond
    10. Chopped cashew

    आपको थाली में मावा मिक्सचर एकसार करना था तो क्रेक नही आते तेज आंच पर ऊपर से जल जाते है शूरू से ही स्लो फ्लेम पर सेंकने से सही पकते है
