A narcissist (who i didn't realize was a narcissist at the time) but treated me so well initially, then, like flipping the light switch, he went from hot to ice cold. I questioned him about his attitude change, he kept saying "it's me, its not you, its just me" He went out of town overnight to visit is pregnant daughter. Denying that she had had the baby, yet we were on a family vacation with her just 2 weeks earlier, upon coming back, first sentence to me while staring at a football game on tv, no eye contact whatsoever ever, He said "I need my space" never even looked at me. I accused him of going to see a woman , he denied it. I immediately started gathering my clothes and belongings, and putting them in my car. One week he's acting like hes going to propose, next he's telling me to leave I said I hope whoever he's dumping me for makes him happy, he denied anyone of course, classic moves of a narcissist! He played the victim citing his ex wife leaving him for another man, I now believe he ran her off! My cold discard from the once loving narcissist happened August 25Th. I'm healing, but wish I never ran into him
