The Emblems are practically ghosts. Sigurd remembers dying, so he's a LITERAL ghost among the Emblems. I guess the Emblems have special privileges in Ivy's eyes.
This is speculation but I may have an answer to it. Ivy places great faith into the Divine Dragon, even so far to declare she loves them in only the B Support, and since she's aware that it's because of the Divine Dragon that the Emblems are summoned it's possible she views that they cannot be evil and thus free of all forms of malice. Plus, let's be real, the Emblems maybe by definition a ghost but talking to them is pretty much akin to talking to anyone else. If anyone should be scared of the Emblems it's Alear's Enemies, not their allies.
Ironically, Ivy looks like a character who would be cool with ghosts.
