Edit: I rlly want to write this here and this playlist is giving me the perfect motivation so…
“I just want something to change in this damn place!” I yelled at him, my frustrated voice almost breaking. I had tears in my eyes and my hands, which I had slammed down on the dark wooden table between the both of us just before, shaking in anger. He turned his head towards me just enough so I could see one of his calculating, icy blue eyes narrowing as it locked onto me. He paused for a moment, silently looking at me when, suddenly, his thin lips curled up into a subtle smile. He spoke up, his deep, authoritative, calm voice filling the dimly lit quiet room. “So you want change? I’ll give you change, but don’t you complain afterwards.”
